Hello all,
I'd like to say thank you to all especially RandomCurve.
I have followed all the steps and my case is now with CICAS adjudicator Ms Demelza Curnow since the 9th June.
Interestingly I received a call from EE Customer Relations yesterday, not sure what they wanted as I could hear background noise but no one spoke to me.
I will keep you posted with my results.
Thanks again.0 -
So if we win our cases doesn't EE unlock the phone? They really do have you by the catangers don't they?0

More waiting, I did ask why they were giving them a second chance but the woman said they had to.0

Ok here's my reply from Vodafone :
......
What are my next steps now?
I'll post something up soon, but it is a really good response to have received as it is clear that Vodafone have relied 100% on their contract T&Cs (just as EE did) and have had total disregard for their obligations under GC 9.6 (to the point that they have not even acknowledged they exist!!). Again just like EE
If we play this right this response alone should get you £50 compensation!0 -
10-0 (in contract terms) 7 with Compensation - not a bad start, considering Ofcom said:
We don't consider an increase of RPI to be of Material Detriment.
Is anybody still in any doubt that Ofcom is there to protect the industry and NOT the consumer as they claim???
Don't forget Ofcom also said the T&Cs change was not of Material Detriment, and back 10 2013 said EE had "acted reasonably" when they had applied the wrong months RPI rate.
Regulation and consumer protection at is finest!0 -
Please like the Fight Mobile Increases Facebook page and inform all of your friends and relatives - We will posting how those who have missed the EE deadlines for a penalty free cancellation may still be able to submit a claim!!!0
