Have a look to see how your defence from t-mobile matches what has already been posted on http://fightmobileincreases.com/fight-ee/fight-the-march-2014-price-rise/ a website set up by RandomCurve and some other forum members, it may take a little bit of time, but it's the only way to see whether yours is the same as others have had.

Most of the responses have had subtle variation but generally all say the same thing. A standard response to the defence is also on the website the only lightly change you may need to make is to change the para references if yours aren't in the same order.

    thanks for the reply.
im looking at the website and i seem to be at Step 5 (Respond to EEs Defence of your claim)
Response to EE Defence (If you are NOT on T-Mobile Pre 30thOctober 2012 Contract) EE Price Rise 2014 – Response to EE Defence v2 you will need to update the paragraph numbers. The original paragraph number relate to the following defence: EE Defence Case for paragraph refernces

For those who need it here is copy of V59 of the T-Mobile Contract – in case EE try to say you are on V58 in their defence

    V59 T-Mobile joining on or after 30 October 2012

My contract was taken out in June 2012 so i am Pre 30th Oct.
are there any documents for Pre 30th Oct?

I don't think the contract specifically matters it's more if EE say you're on a contract you know your not on in their defence.

I'm with EE though so someone who's submitted who had a tmobile contract might be better placed to help

Does anybody know the "scorecard" for the wins? How many were EE, T-Mobile, Orange and when the contracts were taken out? I'm trying to manage my expectations... :)

Just been assigned my adjudicator - Ms Claire Andrews. A quick search of this thread brings up a few other who have had her. Has anyone had a decision from her?

I have been waiting since the second of June for this one. Fingers crossed it will not be much longer

    Hi all,

Still waiting on mine (Ms Uju Obi, 30th May), should hear by the end of the week though (If Cisas stay within the three weeks they specified). Will post the result when I hear.

Again, big thanks to RandomCurve and I hope you feel better soon!

    Great! Thanks again :D

Looking forward to making Vodafone eat dust :rotfl:

Thank you for your email. However all you have done is explain what the contract terms are, whereas my email request is for a penalty free cancelation under GC 9.6. I therefore find your response falls short of the service standard expected as it deliberately ignores the General Conditions of Entitlement, which govern our contract. Does Vodafone believe it is not subject to Ofcom regulation?

For the THIRD time of asking can you please fully address all of the points in my original email and confirm if Vodafone is still of the opinion that I am not entitled to a penalty free cancellation. Additionally please confirm that Vodafone contracts are governed by Ofcom's General Conditions of Entitlement

defence response sent, took a couple of hours trying to match paragraphs up then change for response but that's a combination of an hangover from last night and EE changing things around to try and confuse people.

How long have people who won had to wait from replying to finding out they won?

BIG thanks RC and everyone else helping people like me.:T
