Thank you all for your support. I should be 'up and running' by Thursday (fingers crossed)
  • Hi Everyone! After getting my adjudicator on the 22nd of May, having a NEW one assigned on the 3rd of June, I got a decision....

I won! My cancellation will be backdated to the 12th of May and I will get £50 compensation.

    Thrilled skinny :j

I haven't posted much on here but very much appreciate the help and support from everyone. Knowing that you are not the only one frustrated with a process makes it much easier to stand up against it.

    Just got the best news!

The company will terminate the contract free of charge, backdated to April 2014, providing a PAC and compensation on £25 (don't really mind this)! What should happen now as it doesn't say what needs to be done next?

Thank you RC for all of your help!
  • Just had my result. I am on Contract v58 and...

Won (in part)! Cancellation backdated to April, PAC codes for both phones, written apology and £100 compensation. The only aspect of defeat within this was no unlock codes, but thats only because I didn't ask when I wrote to EE.

Thanks to RC for his sterling efforts. Most significantly, this is on the contract v58 where it was felt it may not be possible to win.
  • I have just had my decision back from CISAS

Cancel the contract backdated to 15th May, PAC Code and £25 Compo.

I am very happy with that.

    Thank You RC

Glad to hear of another 3 wins :) That's, what, 15-0 now?

Makes me all the more nervous that mine'll be the one that's gonna go the other way (law of averages or something). Today was my deadline for submitting a response back to CISAS with regards to T-Mob's explanation for claiming I was on the contract number.

Hopefully it means that my own decision should be within the next few weeks. Still, I've not seen the name of the adjudicator anywhere else (Her initial's are C.O.) so I've no idea what her history is like. Fingers crossed!

Me neither I have RS - the longer it goes on the more painful it gets waiting!!

Thinking positive though, it clearly doesn't take them long to review the cases though given the speed others have had their decisions, so maybe our adjudicators are just on holiday or tied up doing other things at the moment and haven't got round to reviewing the cases yet.

hope you on the mend RC!!

Im still waiting for my decision but I got assigned the adjudicator who you don't want based on the T+C's cancellation attempts. Im not feeling hopeful either.
