Glad I searched the forums for opinions on this company. Online, they're offering me twice what most other companies are offering for my old Samsung Tocco, knew it must have been too good to be true!0

I have had the same trouble, I sent my iphone 4s in mint condition. They said i would get 230 butn then offered me 80 saying cosmetic damage. I rejected paid £4.95 but I have still not recieved my phone back??
This was over 2 weeks ago, I have contacted them 4 times via email to no response and have tried to call them countless timesand no one ever picks up!!!
Has anybody else had this happen? Any ideas what I can do?
Also any people who recieved their phones back, who was it sent via? Was it recorded post/signed for etc?
Thanks

For £4.50 I'd expect a recorded signed for mail. However, it's their problem to prove that they have sent the phone back to you and that you received it.
Just send them a letter before action, then submit a claim to the small claims court (online).0 -
Just emailed them again saying I have contacted trading standards and if I do not hear from them within 48hrs I will be seeking legal action against their company. Got a response now saying they are sorry and the phone was posted and i have been given a tracking number.
This company still needs investigating and shutting down. Terrible company!!!!0 -

Update*
After a week and a half I have got my phone back, Not sure why I had to pay £8.95 when everyone else seems to have paid £4.95? BUT to there credit it is the same phone that i sent them and it's still in the same condition. It was sent recorded delivery and bubble wrapped.
I now have it on ebay with a close-up picture showing the 'excessive' ware. I'll let you know what it goes for.0 -
Sold on ebay for £90! + Postage, and that was with a close up picture showing the 'excessive' ware. Somewhat better than the £32 these con men offered.0
