So frustrated with myself for not researching the company first.

I've read this thread but has anyone had any success?

I was offered £159 for my iPhone 4S. I can't afford to not have that money.

Wish I just used Envirophone now. They were spot on last time.

I recently sent cash4phones my handset but they haven't sent me my payment. They have signed for my phone, but they haven't processed my payment.
They dont answer calls and have now stopped answering emails.
What can I do?

I have had the same, I sent my phone iphone4s, they were keen to receive it and know no contact , I sent it special delivery , Help me too, I want my phone back, they are breaking the law and this company shouldn't be allowed to operate, What can I do where do we stand legally????

It would be great if companies were forced to give an option or a nudge to check reviews on their service before you go ahead but this is something that should be done before any new transaction with a company you have never dealt with. Cash4Phones shoddy service has been well documented all over the internet. The Watchdog link is number 2 on Google under the search Cash4Phones.

Your not alone. I was given an old phone I did not need do chucked it to cash4phones as was strapped for time. Phone passed checks on 21/11/13 and heard anything since. No answer on 0845 no or email. Should have used Envirophone like before. DOH!
