To cancel raspberry ketone fresh call them on this number 0800 404 6960 I just did it and it worked I paid for raspberry ketone fresh at around 10am and noticed how much I was charged I called the number and the phonelines are only open from 1-10pm so I had to wait till then when I called back at 1pm the operator on the phone said that they normaly process the orders within an hour but I was lucky I was able to get my order cancelled and she sent me an email saying that it would be voided and I will get a refund within 7-71 days.0

Please help me! I have just been scammed by this. Feeling sick and stupid and my bank is not being much help. Did anyone get there money back? Also I received no email confirmation from the company so I have no address phone number or email address for them does anyone have any of these please??0

I can't believe I fell for this, but feel slightly better for knowing I'm not the only one.
I have received the items today (90 day/3 bottles) following my order on 8th Jan (& no email confirmation).
I haven't even dare open the packet, but have made attempts to get an RMA number using the contact number 0800 909 8002 and all I get is an automated message IN GERMAN/DUTCH. I don't speak German/Dutch!!!
I have been charged £155.14 and I really can't afford this..I have a family to support!!!
I've tried ringing the fraud people at my bank and they suggested I ring their Disputes dept, but unfortunately they're not open at the weekend.
I really hope I get my money back, I could cry for being so stupid. I will not be falling for anything like this again. :mad::(0 -

I ordered these pills today it said 4 95. Rang my bank after I read these comments and the bank said 151 pounds is pending from this company. I have to wait till money comes out before they can dispute the payment to get a refund. There is a 0800 number so will try that on Monday of the company to get my money back!!!! Not happy!!!!!!0

I'm not trying to scare anyone further but if you read all the way through the terms and conditions it also says that if you don't cancel after the trial period you are automatically enrolled to receive a continued supply each month.
I think that's it as I just scanned through them before deciding to avoid avoid avoid!!
They are hidden at the bottom of the page and then the info about this is waaaaay down.
When you are phong about rebates I would also ensure you cancel everything or you may have this problem every month!!0 -

I just called the 0800 number they straight away sent me a email with the rebate form and order number. I'm to fill the firm out and send it back and they have said I definitely will get my refund. Only thing is I can't do the rebate firm for 30 days and then it will take up to 45 days to get my money back. What a joke0

I rang 0800 404 6960 and got through to somebody :j and explained that I was mislead and want a refund. At first the Customer Service said it was a deal based on a rebate service and that I would get £149 back, but I don't trust them so still requested an RMA number to send the items back now. After I've been charged to ship them back plus refillment charge, even if I only get £130 (approx) back then at least I know I'm getting something back. I'll send the items back recorded delivery as proof. They said they would send an email with the RMA number and return address, but seen as I didn't get an email confirmation of my order I asked that he give the number over the phone.
I did get an email and I'll send the items back asap...watch this space!!
