Have i been scammed?? Raspberry Ketone Fresh

I'm not sure whether ot not i am the victim of a scam, yesterday (23/10/2013) i saw a facebook ad from 'Glamour Woman' talking of an offer for three bottles of Raspberry Ketone Fresh and only having to pay the P&P costing £4.95.

I took the bait, saw all the discounts and it said money to pay was the £4.95 stated so i paid the money on my debit card.

I then checked my bank account and realised they had taken just over £150.00 out of my account.

So i then went to check my email to make sure i had an email confirmation of my purchase which at the bottom said i can download a mail-in rebate form for the price fo the product 30 days after my purchase date

Has anybody else used this offer?

Do you think the rebate form is correct and i will get my money back??

I only ordered mine yesterday, so i;m not sure how quick they come through. My dilemma now is whether i return the goods or wait and see if i can get the rebate?

I've done the same thing, but I ordered on tuesday. I saw a video on youtube where a girl in America had ordered a similar thing from Raspberry ketone fresh. She said that there's a 10 day trial period in which you can cancel your order, which starts on the day that you order! She wasn't told anything about this and only found out from her sister, I haven't been told anything about it either
Little bit worried but I'm going to wait and see if I get any more information when I get them in the mail.

I've phoned the number on the email. A guy answered didn't no what I was talking about, and then suddenly did, he said its in the small print about taking more money!!!!! He said I will get the products and can then send them back for a full refund, it's not looking good, only time will tell now! :-(

My sister got her money back from them after a bit of toing and froing. But did get it eventually. She sent the products back using a tracked service to Ireland, but she did get her money back

I think i might actually risk it and wait for the 30 days and then try using the rebate form from a link in my order confirmation email.

At the end of the day i'll learn from this to never be so silly again

Stupidly I did this too on Tuesday 22/10/13.

I didn't receive any confirmation email so I straight away panicked and phoned my bank who couldn't help
Until the purchase stopped pending.

I tried calling customer services where an automated message have me a GMAIL account to contact.. With no surprise I got NO reply.
I called the phone number on the T&C for a return number, number doesn't exist.

The items arrived today (Friday) with no information at all. No contact details or rebate information.

I've contacted my bank who are going to investigate for

One problem I'm having is that on the order completion page where it said they'd taken my £153 but will rebate, I was in such a panic I can't recall WHEN they said they'd rebate???? Did anyone else catch that information?

Hi Jo,

On my email that confirmed my order, there was alink at the bottom where i would find my rebate form. But i can't actually use it until 30 days after my purchase date, so i'm going to have to wait until 22/11/13 to download this form. I'm hoping that they make theior money by people forgetting to claim back... I WILL NOT FORGET. Good luck getting your money back, i'll keep you posted on my progress.

Ah no I have done the same absolutely gutted I don't have that kind of money to waste. !!! Any help would be appreciated if anybody gets anywhere with any refunds £££
