  • hi did you get your money back or a refund ..ive just falling for this x
  • I fell for this too, but emailed customer services and got an immediate response. I am now in the process of claiming my rebate. I have asked on several occasion whether I can claim it as I live in the UK, and was told that yes, I can, and that it would be issued in a cheque in pounds.

I have to send the form to the USA but I will keep you updated.

As for the tablets, not sure if they're working but they do smell and taste nice! :-)
  • I stupidly placed an order for a free trial for rasberry ketone advanced and nutra green coffee cleanse tablets in november. I placed 2 separate orders, one for me which I paid for with my debit card and another order for my mother paid for on my credit card. At no point did I agree to a regular monthly subscription for these tablets. I applied for the free trial which only meant paying the shipping costs, i did not receive an email confirmation for either order to either of the email addresses and have located an email address for the company from extensive research on the internet from the many forums that are available for the many other people like me who have found that lots of money has been taken from their accounts.!

A i stupidly placed 2 separate orders (one for me and one for my mum) I have had a total (excluding the shipping fees) of £349.88 taken from each account.!I have today cancelled both reoccurring transactions with my bank and credit card company.!I only identified an issue when I logged on to my online banking and noticed monies out for ketone advanced and green coffee. I contacted the tel no. that was associated with the transaction on my credit card which was beneficial considering I had no email confirmation for the orders placed. The first guy I spoke to put the phone down on me.!The second lady I spoke to was more understanding, she advised me once she had my email that a credit of £77.97 & £62.97 had been applied to my card. I asked how this had happened as the first guy I spoke to put the phone down on me without even hinting that he would do this. The lady advised that this was a credit but not why.!She advised me I had to return the bottles unopened, however I have only received 2 bottles and have been charged for 4, my mother received 2 bottles and has a card from the royal mail stating a parcel is available for collection im assuming may be her second lot of tablets which I do hope are so they can be returned.im concerned at following this process from the many people who have said that they have requested an rma number and returned the items only for nothing to happen, no refund, items returned as address not known. If i am to return these items i need the rma number that i have read about on the internet, the lady i spoke to today did not provide this nor say i needed it. I didnt sign up for a reoccuring shipment, and did not receive an email confirmation quoting the t&c's and returns policy.!i have emailed the company to 2 email addresses i have found on this thread and stated all of the above and also that tomorrow I will be contacting the fraud teams for both my debit and credit cards, trading standards and cab. The lady I spoke to on the 0844 248 1619 number confirmed she had also cancelled both orders against both email addresses and my bank and credit card company have cancelled any future payments.

Any other advice from anyone would be appreciated.
  • Yes it's a scam do not use!! I was lucky enough to use my credit card as they tried to take out £150 from my account. My bank stopped the transaction and rang me to say my card had been cloned as the money seemed to be coming out from Asia!!
  • Just ordered this 'free trial' last night, but guess what? Should have researched it better first! Have put a block in credit card and called the company on 0800 4046960, got through and have now been sent an rma number via email. CC company said that the payment is pending and need to wait 'til Friday before raising a dispute as even though I have blocked my card, payment may still go through. Hopefully once I receive the goods and return them, I should get a refund in 3-5 WEEKS!!! I am hopung that raising a dispute with credit card co, I will get money back before this. An expensive lesson learnt. I ave seen literally hundreds of posts on this, but none that confirm anyone ACTUALLY GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK...... Can anyone confirm their refund?
  • I feel such a fool that I have done this too, It definitely said £4.95 due!

I have called my bank and surprise surprise I actually have £150 pending to come out, however I have to wait till it debits until they can do anything. I am now just waiting for this amount to cone out, as soon as it does the bank said to call them back confirming I did not authorise this amount, they will then refund me and a complaint will be made for them to recoup the money from the company.

I paid on debit card, and under uk banks you are always covered and they have to refund you if something goes through that you did not authorise. I once had to do this before with a gym that took an incorrect amount that I did not authorise.

So stressed until this gets resolved. So angry with myself following a stupid link. Never again!

That's right, but have another look at the page where you placed the order.

Almost certainly there is a box there that you ticked agreeing to an ongoing subscription.

Once the company points that out to your bank, your bank may not agree with you that the payment is unauthorised.

Good luck anyway... hope it works for you.
  • Hi there,
My wife got stung by this ad via FB as well.
I phoned them to request a refund but my order had been dispatched.
So I asked if they could email me the rebate form.
The link to the rebate form they sent me is invalid.
I've tried to phone back but it's an answer phone message. I'v eleft a message but as yet no return call.
Does anyone have the link please?

    many thanks
  • Hi

I did this via facebook yesterday thinking that as it was linked to Glamour Magazine it was some kind of deal and legit. I tried to cancel late last night via email contact rkf at gmail . com (can't post link) I also left a message on 0800 404 6960 (open 1pm-10pm).

They replied today via email to say it had already been dispatched and gave me the link again to the rebate which will be valid 30 days from purchase.

I have just replied to say that I will return the order as I am concerned about the rebate not working then it would be too late to return it. I quoted the PObox address in Scotland that has previously been mentioned on this forum and asked if that was the correct address.

I also quoted some stuff from which regarding distance selling regulations and told them to confirm that I will not receive any future deliveries or any more payments being deducted from my account.

Will let you know what happens although I am concerned about returning the package and still not getting a refund but I will make sure I get a tracking number and RMA number. I also mentioned that I had contacted the Citizens Advice consumer service hoping that they know that I will not just accept that I have lost £150 and they have mislead vulnerable people who cannot afford this kind of money in the current economic climate.

Good luck everyone and fingers crossed.

Hi, I don't think the link works until 30 days from purchase, however the issue is that apparently the small print says that this is not valid for UK residents so I do not want to wait that long for then the rebate to be declined and it being too late to return goods, see my other message about what I have done and I hope this is useful.
