  • OK I have made a complaint to the ASA let's hope this awful site gets shut down and we all get our money back.
  • Do a google search for Raspberry Ketone Fresh Terms and Conditions and it clearly states a 30 day money back guarantee - I have printed and if not refunded will quote their own T&Cs
  • Hi,

I tried to order this morning and I got a text from my credit card company saying to call them. I did and they said it is a scam and that the company had tried to take £153 from my account. They have now blocked the company so they can take no further payments so thanks to my great cc company, who have now saved me twice, I don't have to worry! Terrible though, they need to be shut down asap.
  • Hi I just placed an order through a website on Facebook for these raspberry ketone fresh tablets was told I would only pay 4.95 postage but after I placed order said I have to send a rebate form to claim money back I am so worried I will not get my money back so I called my bank to cancel my card hoping transaction wouldn't go through but as its pending it will I have received the email from the company to claim the money back but can't do this for 30days have also tried to call the support number but having no luck can anyone tell me if they ever got their money back for these tablets or what the outcome was

    Thanks Gail
  • I did the same as everyone this morning and ordered the raspberry ketone fresh. My order was declined and I received no confirmation email. I got worried so started researching and found this forum. I am unsure whether my payment was declined or whether it did actually go through. I honestly hope it hasn't. Has this happened to anyone else? Could they let me know their outcome.

My sister got her money back from them after a bit of toing and froing. But did get it eventually. She sent the products back using a tracked service to Ireland, but she did get her money back :)

I saw it on facebook and they have just taken out the money from my account and I bought it yesterday. I am a Student and therefore that is a lot of money. I called my and they said the cannot do much. How did your sister get her money back? and how long did it take? I need some information please :'(

I received the goods yesterday, I went to the bank (nationwide) explained the situation and said I feel a victim of fraud. They filed a dispute and sent it to head office. 24 hours later all four payments (totalling £153) are back in my account!! Do not wait for rebate!!!! T&C state rebate is not valid for uk customers!!!! That is the trick!!

I have just done the same thing, My bank Halifax said I have to wait till Thursday then call them again to dispute it and get my money back. How long did it take for your claim to be disputed and win? As i am a uni student and the same amount has been taken from me :'(.

Hard to believe that so many people lose the ability to read when they are caught up in the excitement of a free quick fix to their weight problems.....

Everyone, even if they are free they are still a scam.........the only way to lose weight to the betterment of your health is to put the cake down, stop drinking alcohol, eat plenty of vegetables and some fruits and train very hard consistently.......

    The key is consistency.

So I stupidly did this myself last night, well after they would have been shut for the evening, I then called them less than an hour after they had opened their phone lines for the day. The first time, I was on hold for five minutes and then hung up on, the second time a woman told me it was too late, my order had already been dispatched. I asked if there was no way to cancel at all or refund, as I couldn't wait 30 days, being a student. She then told me that I could get a refund but I would have to pay to return the products myself and would be charged a £10 'restocking' fee! Also they told me it would take weeks and weeks to get my refund to go through, insisting that it would be stupid to have to wait longer for my money, lose some of it and not even get to keep the product.

I called the bank and they couldn't believe it. Unfortunately I have to wait for the money to go out, as other people have said. I can only hope it gets sorted, being a student this was really not what I needed. Would it be a good idea to ring them back and quote some regulations at them and mention they falsely advertised as Glamour too? I don't want to call back if I wouldn't get any further, since it's not free from my mobile.
