As per recommended on here contact the land owner(BEST ADVICE EVER!!).

Well all over the pictures of the noticeboard signs sent to me from this delightful company PPS it also had big P and O Ferries logo!! So I contacted P and O Ferries customer services on this number (01304 864960) and explained the situation.

So 2 days later the really nice lady from P and O Ferries called Lauren Licence emailed me to say that they had contacted Premier Parking Solutions and the parking charge would be Waived...
Very good, and thanks for the phone number and name to contact at P & O Ferries.

Billy, you are posting in the wrong place and will not get any help here. This thread is about successful complaints.

Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the appeal template in blue text you will find there.
The NEWBIES tells you what to do, how to do it, and includes a list of acronyms and abbreviations. I suggest you print them off or write them out before you start.

If you still need help than start your own thread.

You can find the NEWBIES by clicking on the blue link near the top of this page that reads:-
    >Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking>

or by clicking on the Forum Jump "Go" button near the top or bottom right of this page.

The advice to ignore a PCN has not been given here since the law changed in 2012; debt collectors however can be ignored.

Please tell us on your own thread, not here, what happened when you complained to the store manager.
Please also complaint to your MP about this unregulated scam.

(Above image can be clicked). I know the button will look different in the forum theme you're using.

PS - if you're using a phone to browse this forum -- STOP. Please use a proper computer - the info here works better when read using a proper computer.

Edit - just noticed that you've found out how to do it anyway. Nevertheless I'll leave this here as it'll help others.

PS - I suggest you delete your posts on this thread, or edit them as advised over on your own thread.

In most instances Savills have generally been very helpful to motorists who have been caught out by a PPC.

Not that it matters much in the context of your success, but Savills are a global property management group, it's unlikely that they own very much land in their own right.

    Great result for you. :T
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
