  • All fake PCNs from any private firm are ALWAYS 'unfair'.

They aren't fake, they are enforceable in the courts, thus the staggeringly longer list of Parkinf Eye wins you have neglected to post.

So by your logic, private landowners have no business regulating their land? You can just park up and do what you want when you want with no responsibility? It's contract law. Maybe you shouldn't park if you don't like the rules? Your not entitled to park so how are they fake?

So it's alright for me to park my caravan in your front lawn mate yes?

No that's not my logic. A landowner has every right to regulate how his land but then it is isn't the landowner that is regulating the land once a PPC becomes involved is it? No. In true parasitical form the way the land is regulated is twisted to their advantage no that of the landowner's. Then of course in order to live with that as a reality denier that fact has to be ignored.

How many more times does that p*sspoor strawman argument have to be trotted out?

I do not now and nor have I ever extended an offer to the general public to pull up their caravans onto my driveway in the way that retails outlets extend an offer to the general public to visit their premises. Its like comparing chalk and cheese. And there's me being foolish again expecting someone that is so blinded by the glint of easy money that they can't see the difference.

Something of a slow weekend is it? Now there's no commission in the PCN's there's little incentive to do anything involving having to move around. So, having done the nasal hair and fingernails all that's left is to come onto MSE and do a spot of stirring. ;)
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Once again you are talking like a Muppet, when a land owner creates a car park to entice the public onto their land for what ever reason, and then allows greedy PPC's with no other income to invent ways to scam them after they have parked it is a scam!

Your Caravan on my front lawn would change colour over night!;)

@HO87, @fisherjim. You overestimate the ability of this one to intellectualise your responses.

'FRO' is probably a more appropriate level of input for him to handle.

Esay Gym finally cancelled a CEL PCN which had got to ZZPS stage, way past appeal:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5449602

The OP had asked the Gym to cancel last year but this time, the victim got assertive and said the right things as a Gym customer, to get it cancelled.

    :T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
