  • If you are successful you will receive a refund of all CPP paid, including advance payments for renewal.

    Thank you very much!
  • Hi,
I have recently changed my address and I've got two cpp reclaim letters to my previous address. When I phone them to change the address they were asking me all the security details. But unfortunately I haven't got a clue to which card it has got that policy and when. I didn't even remember my land line number as I have never used it. Can anyone please tell me how to proceed further as there is less time to send the form back. Many thanks.

Has anyone tried holding on for CPP? How long do they take to answer, been trying on and off for two days. Running out of time to request another form by post.

Have also been trying on and off since last week - recorded message says due to volume of calls they are not taking calls.

Yet time is running out to get a new envelope - mislaid the envelope, but have the claim form.

    Anyone got any ideas?

For all those on here that are saying they don't know what cards they had/what account numbers they need/unsure if they even had a card at all etc and don't know what to write...

I have trawled through the last few months of this thread and what I can gather from many posters is that they were in the same boat...they just filled in the template on here with no card details and waited for the postman to deliver a nice cheque...it appears that CPP have all your card details...just get the template written and jobs a good un

well hopefully, I'm still waiting for my reply :)

Pretty sure it's the brown envelope with 'Scheme processing service ltd' on it. This address is on their website (cppredressscheme.co.uk/contact_us.html) and I think it's printed on the form somewhere.

I lost my envelope while messing about for months deciding if I should fill the form in...I just sent it in a normal envelope to the address that was on the form.

    Hi,

I expect I'm asking something which has been asked many times already - and if so, I'm really sorry, but i'm new to this and haven't seen a similar question from my brief scan through all these posts! Hope somebody will be able to answer my query .....

I took out a CPP at least as early as 1996 (and possibly 1994 or before, if they existed then - I don't recall exactly when). I suspect I cancelled it around Feb 2008 as that's the most recent renewal letter I've found. As I paid every 3 years, I therefore think I've only made one payment which will count towards this claim - in March 2005. I was about to send in the claim form I've received, but note that, in the declaration I'm to sign, I'm releasing 'CPP, the Business Partners and the Business Partner Affiliates .... from any further liability'. Please could anyone tell me if this means I'll be unable to claim from anybody (eg CPP or the bank which set up my policy) for the majority of the payments I made - which were pre 2005 - if I make this current claim? Many thanks :)

    Thank you - claim saved!

I had already sealed my form in the white envelope but then found the brown one, I didn't want to open the envelope without knowing if it was the correct one or not!

It is now safely sealed in the correct, brown envelope and I will post once kids are fed!
