Tesco dumped my shopping and ran!

Same in my city - only Tesco do home shopping and for some people it's much easier than trying to get to the shop.
Can't see why some feel they should be eternally grateful to Tesco for that. Asda are apparently going to start here soon so that will hopefully make them sit up a bit!0 -

Which is what would happen if you went to Tesco and knocked on the door half an hour before they open ....0 -

but this could be an educated guess after the event. I would never answer the door when I am on my own with the children, without knowing who it is. How could she tell who it was whilst she was upstairs? :rolleyes:0 -

you made your point with your first post, any chance you can just let it drop now? i don't know what exactly you want to prove - you disagreed with the OP, said your piece and now seem to be banging on about it.....:happyhear0 -

I guess there would have been no reason to tell him off if he'd followed company procedures though, would there? It's not rocket science - he didn't do what he is paid to do!!!
Customers should expect there food to be edible too, when paying for a service. I guess he'd have no job at all if he did things like that?0 -

Sorry but you are a w@@@ker. You are aggrivating this post. I am a Mum and Grandmother and there are times you don't answer phone or door. Also we don't always have choice of delivery service in area. When my kids wee I would have loved home delivery. No need now just two of us. You are so negative and do not see wider picture! Have you got kids, grandchildren? Pity help your wife if you do!

They would invite you either within opening hours or other set times and you'd be expected to stick to them.
Like when shops have preview evenings etc - the customer is given set times to go.
I don't really see you point. Surely they were 'invited', (although I'd rather call it agreed to call), between 9 and 11pm, not 8.30pm?0
