Have a searched on the forum for "connecting flights" - this issue has been debated loads.
You probably do have a claim, you were booked on "directly connecting flights" - ie one ticket all the way through. But if your travel agent booked you separate flights, then you're unlikely to.
Have you written to Air France to see what they say?0 -

Vaubans Guide (last link in the sticky has all the answers and process)
Your claim is against Air France based on a delayed arrival to your final destination
the Air France thread is here so you can see others experience with them and you can post there if any further questions not answered in the guide https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4384719
Compensation would be €300 each (over 3,500km and delayed between 3 and 4 hours)0 -
Wonder if someone can offer some advice please.
My family have been on holiday with Jet2 to the same place the past 5 years. Two years ago the we were delayed at Faro airport for six hours.
I have made a claim to Jet2 and although I have dates, passenger names and flight no. I don't have a booking reference or boarding pass and because of this Jet2 have told me they are not going to process the claim.
Seems a bit unfair since I as I say I have traveled with them for the past 5 years and am returning again with them to the same place.
To compound my angst my son is severely disabled and the delay at the airport was just awful.0 -
You would need to be able to demonstrate to a court that, on the balance of probabilities, you were on this flight. I would be very surprised if Jet2 had deleted your data after two years. If you have no evidence at all that you took the flight, you could put a subject access request to Jet2 to see what data they hold on you?
Note that Jet2 T&Cs talk about taking legal action within two years. Whilst this isn't legally watertight, you add an extra complication if you wait beyond the two year period before you take them to court.0 -

Thank you for your advice. Are Jet2 obliged to send me subject access request?0 -
