See the top leaflet, they may be eligible to claim back the £80 court fee.0 -

I have a valid claim (meets all the criteria) from 2005 however the airline in question, FlyGlobespan, are in Administration.
Does anyone have any suggestions where I can apply for compensation?
Thanks !0 -
We flew with Globespan in 2009 and were delayed 24 hours but as the company is now bust does that mean we get nothing?0

*impatient*!

Does bad weather on previous legs count for compensation? Should the airline provide a substitute aircraft in these circumstances?0

Another "poop". Most annoying as I attempted to make a claim a few days after the event but was simply ignored by both the airline and the CAA. Hey ho.
Oh, wait. Just double-checked and the flight was July 22nd 2007. So *just* within the window! Time to start writing letters...
