Compensation for delayed flights Discussion Area

Well i have started two claims one for a flight in April 2005 and one for June 2011 but flightstats could show how long flight was delayed:(
I will keep you informed
Think that you may be 'out of time' for claiming against a flight from 2005.
Suppose it would depend on when you actually submitted your claim.I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left!0 -

There seem to be two addresses that folks use for TC and perhaps your opinion would help quite a few thinking the same thing.
Being that our first letter went to the address below and I received the usual fob off letter as a result, would you suggest we keep sending our correspondence to the Bradford one. I noted that at the bottom of our reply letter it had the one below and the registered office at Peterborough also.
Thanks in advance

I followed Martin's MSE advise and sent a claim using the recommended template. I am yet to receive a response. Any suggestions on what the next step is if you don't receive a reply within the 14 days outlined in the template?
Do I write again?
Do I wait longer?0 -

Unless you have been specifically directed to write to Bradford regarding flight delay claims then Peterborough is the office to write to. By so doing the airline cannot later claimant the correspondence has gone to the "wrong" address.
Many thanks for the reply. Would it be worth sending the original letter to them at Peterborough with some wording at the beginning to explain it is a copy of the original that went to customer relations. Or am I over worrying at this stage and should wait for the CAA to come back to me.
