If you can't be bovverred to read some excellent information in this thread, it is highly unlikely that you'd have the tenacity for a claim to be successful.

Obviously jacksback (and you) did not bovver to look back ONE page to a recap of FAQ's I keep posting.

I did reply to their earlier post saying they had to look back TWO pages.

If there's anything I've missed on the FAQ page then let me know and I'll add it.

One of the (many) excuses an Airline makes is that there is a time limit of TWO years for claims

A judgement should be heard on the 22nd Nov that will either confirm or (as expected ) deny this.

As it is the 14th today , if you have a valid claim then process it.By the time the airline replies the judegment may be in.

Thank you blindman,, just what I needed :T But if my flight was December 2010 it would be within the 2 years anyway so do they have any reason to wait??

There's nothing childish in my reply!
It really is that simple, read the thread, all the information is there.
Tenacity is very important with claiming compensation is the point I was making and this comment is useful.

I have spent probably 3 hours today reading the thread and other than blindman doing a FAQ it is difficult to know what needs reading and what is just more peoples questions,, so really there was no point to your comment at all.
