Ladies, guess what.......
I AM MOVING OVER!
Af has come after 30 days this time which I am over the moon about because that is a pretty normal cycle length (though I am not over the moon that it means the next one will arrive on Christmas Day! :rotfl:) So as soon as it is gone....this month we are officially trying
Good luck to everyone else and I hope your time rolls around quickly. This thread has been great and hope to see you on the other one very soon0 -

I went into Boots the other day to look at some vitamin tablets but there was so much choice I didn't know where to start! And I felt shy about asking!
Don't be frightened to ask, but do be aware that they might have little more info than what's on the boxes, unless they've got personal experience of them. I used to do that job, but would have only suggested folic acid and a balanced diet, I'm sceptical of the benefits of multivitamins. What I would say though, is whatever you go for, check to see if there is an own brand version!
Also - yay daisiegg! Hope you're through to the next thread along quickly, keep us updated!0 -
Congrats daisy!!
Sorry i havent been around for a while.
Two of my big obstacles to TTC were living in another country from BF, job incompatible with kids,
Well i have some good news, BF and I now live in the same country!!! I moved in with him in Sept, so thats one step closer.
And also i got called up by a recruiter, and am now applying for a job which mean i could actually have a family.... so fingers crossed
however still so many steps before TTC, marriage being one, and well BF doesnt seem in a hurry to do much, even though he is 33 already! (im 28) i always thought i wanted to have kids when i was 30.... so time is running out! in my mind at least!0 -

hello everyone! I have been lurking but not posting much as we have been busy with the debt-busting before TTC! I also want my first before being 30 so we have 2 years! But good news is we will try from June next year (we should be debt-free) whihc should start giving us time to accrue some savings before any potential maternity leave. Still on the vitamins and OH says they are making him feel much better-bonus!
Another reason to wait is OH will need an adult circumcision! ouch!So hoping that will be done in the new year and give him time to recover before we start TTC!!:eek:
So that is our schedule! Excited and hopeful by next December we will be ready to pop/preggers!
Can't believe it! But so happy!!!
Think might start checking my cycles come next year so we're ready and got all the info for when we start!

Well ladies, I can barely believe that I am writing this but I come here to bid you farewell, I too am moving to the other board. Well I say moving to the other board, I mean the less than 12 week pregnant board :eek::eek:
In all my wildest dreams did I even dream of my "trying" to conceive journey being so quick, and well, unplanned! For all the pre-planning I've done I was sure the road to pregnancy would be a long one, I was ready to go for the marathon, absolutely certain that I would have issues, I really thought I was in fertile.
4 pregnancy tests later, and it turns out I'm not.
I've already had a ribbing from DH and the doctor that the timing sucks with xmas just weeks away, but what I miss out on the boozing fest, I miss out on the hangovers too and I have the best xmas present I could ever wish for, in fact the only thing I wished for really.
Good luck to everyone waiting to try, I hope your journey is full of love and happiness, and maybe see you soon on the pregnancy boards!?
ILLTSome times you have to hold back to go forward to where you want to be.
