Hey ladies! I'm going to join in here!
Me and my OH are exceptionally broody.. But we are getting married in 21 months time so we are waiting to have a wedding day baby.. Our plan is to start trying that day, as we are going to be a family..
Prepping by both of us starting paleo and I will be coming off my pill 4 months before our wedding.. So only 17 more pill packets to go!
Trying not to dwell on things until after xmas...

Hi all please can I join?
My TTC stats
My age/ partners age- both 26
Time together- 7 years
What are you waiting for? Getting married in June 2014 and hopefully a promotion which I don't want to miss out on.
When will you be TTC? Hoping to start trying in April 2014.
Any TTC prep? Reading about TTC! Worrying that it will take ages to get pregnant. We are both very broody and would love to start trying now!
I'm taking my mind off TTC by.... Planning our wedding, honeymoon and working hard at work to try and get a promotion!
April seems sooo long away but I'm counting the full months until we can start trying! 3 full months and counting!0 -
Welcome to all the newbies I've missed and congrats to those graduating to both the other boards.
Less than a year to go for us now which I'm excited about. Weird to think I might be pregnant by next christmas. (If we're lucky)
Mind you some of my friends think we're mad as they're not even thinking about kids in the next 5 years.
Then again we also have friends with at least one so its not completely unusual. My uni friends are definitely more grown up than the ones from home. So many birth announcements recently - mildly jealous!
Hope everyone on here is going to enjoy a guilt free boozy christmas.0 -

Its the waiting to get married thats killing me! But we live abroad, and need the extra time to get things organised!
I'd love to have one now but OH has just started a new job and we want to wait a while until he is settled as well! Oh well, 21 months isn't that long is it?094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

My TTC Stats:
My Age/Partners age: I'm 26 this month, DH is 33.
Time together: 6.5 years (married 2.5 years)
What are you waiting for?!: To lose weight and become more stable money and job-wise
When will you be TTC? We would like to be pregnant this time next year but when we TTC will depend on the two factors above
Any preTTC prep? Not on BC (we use condoms), will start tracking cycle, getting financially stable & starting to lose weight.
I'm taking my mind off TTC by... running around after a VERY active 10 month old and setting up my childminding business.
Hi everyone
May I join please?
My husband and I had a gorgeous daughter in February this year and as she is growing we're becoming more broody! We always wanted our children fairly close in age and have started to think to the future of TTC #2. The two things holding us back at the mo are my job and my weight.
I'm leaving teaching later this month to set up as a childminder so want to wait til that is fully stable until we TTC. We don't have any debts apart from the mortgage but like most people are struggling along at the moment and so it's just not the right time for a new baby yet unfortunately.
Onto my weight. Sine I had DD I've put on a couple of stone and feel fat and frumpy (and don't even get me started on my jelly belly mum tum!) It took us over a year to conceive DD and we were on the verge of fertility referral when I had my BFP and are scared the same will happen next time. I'd like to get down to a healthy weight before TTC so I'm hoping joining this thread will give me motivation to do so.
I used a birthing pool with DD which I loved and know unless I lose weight I'll be considered too high risk to do this next time.
Congratulations to all the recent graduates! :T
Trying to live a good life on little money :T0 -
Hey b_girl!
I'm looking to loose a few jelly bits before I start trying as I want to be fit and healthy during my pregnancy!
One of my close friends is pregnant and I'm so envious but I'm very happy for her.
My 17 year old brother is expecting a baby as well. Nobody in our family is thrilled at that but we are trying to stay upbeat for his sake. The baby is due right in the middle of his final school exams and my mums bday! Frightening stuff for him but hopefully everything will turn out okay, I always complained that I wanted to be an auntie!094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250
