I have visited Mobile Connections today and they just said that the payment will now take 45 days because of change in management.

I have been looking at HMCS Money claim online.

In step 5 of 8 - Particulars of claim. Can anyone advice me please what should I write in this section? any example's would be much appreciated and may help other who would like to do the same.

I have also submitted complaint to trading standards - lets see what they say.

    Thanks

We should all take action now before they close down.

If "we all take action" they almost certainly WILL close down. I suggest each person stops messing around and takes them to the small claims court separately or you'll end up with nothing. Plenty won't do that and hence they may survive. Harsh but a better policy methinks.

I just had a call from TS yestaerday regarding Coolnewmobile trying to implement new T&C's to my original terms.
They CAN'T. TS have given CNM 14 days to re-instate my original T&C's to resolve the matter or face prosecution. This will apply to all companies.
Any issues contact your local TS/Consumer Direct and they will help, and take away a lot of the hassle from yourself

Yes, and you were right. I don't really know why I doubted myself. I wasn't really sure on the "internet business" side of things. The problem is getting these companies to accept that they can't change the T&C's mid contract.
It does no wrong to report these instances, it can only add weight.
