Just checked my account, and do have a cash back today, for my 3 mobile! They still owe me 2 months cash back on my orange one though... waiting to see how it goes. But this is a bit more positive... :T

I just called mobileconnections, re something about a cash back.
Found out that they are changing their terms and conditions.

The Cash back will no longer be MONTHLY!

They are saying for a 12 month contract cash back to be claimed at month 5th, 9th, 11th and 12th.

For the 18 month contract the cash back is now 6th, 9th, 14th, 17th and 18th bill.

You have to send your first bill with the first claim bill, apart from that, send the bill for the relevant month, to get the cash back.

The same for people with contacts that have already started.

Apparently they are sending letters out this week.

You follow trhe terms and conditions that were in force when you took out your contract.

I suppose you could change to the new ones if you so choose, but you are under no obligation to. I think that someone has misunderstood what is happening.

Have you received the letter? What it says?

I am sure my copies of my mobile connection contracts says that I should get monthly cashback.

Does anyone know what can I take?

    Thanks

NOPE, havent recived anything from them yet!!

Also HAVENT revcived Cashbacks for the last couple of months! nothing since the one that they put in saying " Technical difficulties"
Have phoned them every couple of days, to be put on hold for 15 mins before being told that it will be put in today, this week, next week, on such a date...etc, with Nothing being put into my account.

Wondering if i should go to trading standerds again or something.

I assume if they are part of Dial a Mobile, its a bigger company now, and it should be eaiser...

Are you having the same thing??

I am staying with my orignal sending bills every month, unless i recive a letter, beacuse i am thinking, if i stop sending the bills, they can say that they wont give me cash back beacuse i didnt follow my contract.

They have paid me up to May. I have not received anything for June or July bills. I have just contacted Mobile Connections and they told me that they are having some techicical difficulties (again) and the money should be in my account by end of next month.

I'm not sure what todo here. How shoulf I pursue them to Trading standards?

Thanks and hope we all get our cashbacks.
