mobile connections problems

I just called Orange and they downgraded me from Canary 40 (£40 per month) to Racoon 25 (£25 per month) from the next billing date - no arguments/no questions asked. I am in the 4th month of my 12-month contract. This is not entirely satisfactory but will have to do for now.

I will call them again after I have been with them for 6 months and see if they would do another downgrade, possibly to OVP EQ Vodafone 30 - £15 per month.

What does this tariff give you as i can not see it on the vodafone website and if it is suitable for me, I will call orange to see what they say.

This is an Orange Value Promise tariff. You get just 30 inclusive minutes of cross network calls each month and that is it, no inclusive texts, or anything else.

No they won't, as you probably can see that there isn't an equivalent tariff for 3 in the Orange Value Promise tariffs. I think they don't match any Virgin tariffs either.
