Phoned them again today, was on hold for 40 mins!!!!
Asked to speak to a manager, said not in.
Was told a completely diffrent story... he said that the cash back will be issued by the end of the week.
DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING about a problem.
Now i am reallllllly worried.Nothing ever lasts forever...0 -
Make sure you ring their freephone number on 0800 7818695. However, I have tried this number before for mobilephonesontheweb and was on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up!0

As long as they are still around for a while and you go about it properly you should get a result through the courts. You MUST send a letter before action recorded delivery giving them at least 7 days to pay up; the letter you already sent may or may not be sufficient, but you should visit https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp and have a good read through. Citizens' Advice/Trading Standards may help a little, but you will almost certainly need to do the work yourself. It's not that difficult. You MAY also have free legal advice on any insurance - check that out as well. Before entering into ANY deal with anyone for cashbacks on mobile phones people should think about what to do if something like this happens - and prepare for that just in case.0

Has anyone received any letters with new T&C ?0 -
Not yet, and i dont think they can force the new terms and conditons on us.
Have emailed mobile connections, and dial a mobile today, to see if they respond, cant be asked to be on hold for another 45 mins.
Am not holding my breath for a reply though...
Not sure where to go from here.......Nothing ever lasts forever...0 -
These excuses seem really familiar. I had similar problems with a company called Mobilecity  from Birmingham and they kept fobbing me off right up until they closed the shop down and disappeared with around £500 of my money!0
