  • EVERY PURCHASE OR DEAL HAS TO BE TRANSPARENT TO CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS

THERE IS NO "SEPARATE BINDING CONTRACT" IN MY CONTRACT WITH MC. THIS IS REALLY A SCAM, SO WE STILL HAVE A CASE TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS SCAM.

    Cheers

Just to clearify that: THE TWO CONTRACTS MUST BE LINKED TO EACH OTHER (as explained in the case of O2 with phoneboxdirect.com). IF ONE CONTRACT FAILS, THIS WILL AFFECT ANOTHER. BUT A NETWORK PROVIDER SUCH AS ORANGE SAID THERE IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!

This is what my argument stands.
  • The two separate contracts are as clear as crystal to anyone bothering to understand how these things work BEFORE they take out a contract - and the particular risk of a dealer can be assessed as well. Anyone who then puts tons of eggs in one basket and wants to change the laws of gravity afterwards is a complete fool.

I know there is a herd instinct in human nature, but I do believe that the majority of people in this predicament will make their own minds up based on the facts rather than becoming convicted ostriches living in denial in Neverland.
  • orange are downgrading the tarif from £40 to £25 now
  • has any one cancelled off 3 or had a try ?? is their a UK call centre??

I'm down £280,. im trying to lower that by getting on a lower monthly line rental, 3 months left on the contract,. THREE are trying to make me sign up to another 12months contract tho,.

but these oversea Robot call handers aint seeing eye to eye, i mean > i used to work for the AA and I my self gave away free/lower priced services/products to keep the customer happy,

Did you manage to downgrade? How did you do this (letter, phone them) and did it involve hassle (asking to speak to supervisors managers).

Your response would be much appreciated.

Dealing with the three call centre is a nightmare.

I had to deal with them when someone had fraudulently taken out an account on my name. Was on the phone for hours but they still kept sending me bills. They just don't get it.

I rang OTELO and they gave me the Executive office number in Glasgow as follows 08707330295.

    Hope that helps.

Too true. I think "meanchak201" is in denial. It'd be interesting to know how long he has been using his Orange contract, and now him saying he never signed anything so Orange have no right to take money from him. People need to take stock and responsibility for their own decisions.
