    One of the children is 7. Not old enough to have the questioning skills required to evaluate fully what he's being told.

    There's enough indoctrination in schools. If the OP doesn't want his kids going to church he should put his bloody foot down.

    I remember when I was about 6 my friends said that they had started going to Sunday School at church because they got milk and biscuits. I went with them once but I decided that it wasn't worth doing something that I didn't like just to get the goodies, so I never went again.
