    I've used Interparcel for a couple of years with no problems, and found customer service, even recently, perfect. They're certainly better than Parcel 2 Go.

    Have just used them for the first time to send to Spain and the parcel got there on time. Great service overall. Tracking function on their website works perfectly.

    I'd certainly use them again

    I've stopped using them now. The last two times there have been problems - 1st time driver didn't collect after I'd waited in all day (not really Interparcel's fault but difficult to sort out as they act as a 'middle man'), parcel collected the next day. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt, then I used them again recently;

    This time my booking went through as normal on their website, again no sign of driver by 4pm so I phoned Interparcel who said "the driver will be there by 5" - but given the last experience I asked them to call the courier to double check - "really sorry but your booking hasn't gone through on the system for some reason"

    So I can't trust them anymore. I now take large items to the PO and pay £12.99 for Parcelforce 48. I know it costs more but I don't have to wait in all day. Plus it seems to track accurately online as well. This works for me as I only send about one big parcel a month.

    It is a shame as it was a good service when it worked - but it's too much hassle now.

    Interparcel will send out larger packages than Parcel2go.

    Currently sending out 80cm x 51cm x 51cm and 23Kg for £8.04 inc vat.

    Not let down yet and sent using UPS. But do admit I use parcel2go / DHL normally
  • Seriously this is the worst company (never mind shipping agent) that I have ever come accross!
    We requested a shipment be collected from Switzerland and shipped to the UK 1 month ago and are still waiting for it.
    The tracking has never worked, after a week I called to see what was happening. They said it was being returned to Switzerland as they cannot carry it. 3 weeks later I am still trying to find out if they will send it to us or not (or if the goods even exist any more!).
    If you need to call them expect to be on hold for around 30 minutes and expect to have to make (if you are really lucky) about 3 calls to sort anything out. If you are unlucky then expect that to increase to about a full solid working day spent phoning a useless call centre over the space of about 1-2 months.
    I only used Interparcel as a stopgap until our proper companies import account was set up and I never intend using them again. Incidently in the time I have been dealing with interparcel our other account is set up and we have even made a few transactions trouble free. If I can save one person from going through this hell then great.
    One last thing ironically interparcel are sending our goods through the same company as we have set up an account with and are shipping through today!!! So I really can't see the problem.

    5 times i used them 3 of the times i had issues.. this time they didnt even bother to arrange for a collection, so i had to call them today!
  • I regularly receive parcels from a supplier who uses interparcel. On most occasions they've been here the next day and i've been able to track them on line. The last parcel went awol though and was "in transit" according to their website.After a few days I emailed them as their site asks you not to phone them. They didn't answer the email. I followed up with another email which again was unanswered. In desperation I phoned them and was told "due to volumes of traffic my delivery was being handled by Hermes Couriers". I went onto Hermes site and found my parcel was...wait for it..."in transit". I emailed Hermes, and received a quick reply saying "they couldn't advise me as I wasn't the sender".
    Anyway today the parcel arrived, only 11 days late and delivered by a young guy in a Vauxhall Corsa.
