I use them all the time - both are OK. Im sure all couriers make mistakes occassionally.
They are not the fastest but it gets there from my experience.0 -
I use parcel2go all the time and never once had a problem."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0

I used interparcel this week to send some documents to Australia using DHL. Had no problems at all.Matched betting profits since 11/10/06 = £1,5540

I always use Interparcel for all of my overseas deliveries, and have not had any problems with them as yet. They also have a contact phone number that is actually answered by a 'real' person (unlike parcel2go with their annoying automated system). So yes, I would definately have no hesitation in recommending them

I use them and find them to be cheap, i have never sent abroad only in the uk though. If you register you get a discount but you have to be signed in to receive the discount. The best things in life are for FREE!!!If you like what you see and find this info useful, please use the thanks button. It costs nothing and means so much.0 -
I send parcels regulary abroad normally with TNT but they are so expensive so I tried Interparcel, first two parcels of the month went through OK. They send them via the big guns like DHL etc so get you best rate.
The problem is when something goes wrong, it is impossible to sort out. DHL are bad but Interparcel is the usual polite but unhelpful service.
Firstly, DHL failed to collect; not a problem you would think as you could claim for late delivery. NO YOU CAN'T! why? cause their gauranteed delivery only starts from when the parcel is collected!! Good scam.
When I then called Interparcel to check where my parcel was I was told it was being held at the DHL depot as it was only partly labelled but they will forward the full details to DHL and get them to call the client to inform them where the parcel is to be delayed.
A few days later the parcel has still not arrived, so I call Interparcel again. Neither has the client been contacted nor do DHL now even know where my parcel is. All i'm told by Interparcel is that I have to wait for DHL to contact them.
My advise, is to put on extra insurance on your delivery. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now, what a waste of time!0 -
I use a mix of interparcel, parcel2go and royal mail. Interparcel and cheaper for most large items, but parcel2go can sometimes be cheaper.Happy chappy0
