I used interparcel once, Never again waited in for 2 days and they picked up late on the 2nd day when they said they would pick up on the first day.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T0 -

That whole website was supposed to be taken down :mad:0 -
We sent a parcel to Tenerife via DHL interparcel and 2 weeks later it arrived back without warning and a £48 Import duty Bill was attached too.. Interparcel refuse to refund the original cost of £44 and the £48 Import bill
. We have no choice but to use the small claims court.

I use them and find them to be cheap, i have never sent abroad only in the uk though. If you register you get a discount but you have to be signed in to receive the discount.0

I have been using Interparcel for years and I would recommend them to anybody.
I have only ever had one problem...and that was the DPD driver's fault. He collected two packages from me, one was to go to Germany the other to Sweden but he only gave me one consignment note. He said that the depot would sort the two parcels out.
A week later the Sweden parcel was delivered back to my address...I refused to accept it and consequently it was then delivered to Sweden.
Interparcel could not help me enough.
Interparcel are helpful, offer a great inexpensive service, have real people who you can talk to. You can even book a courier on a Sunday night to collect on the Monday - Fantastic.
Royal Mail/Parcelfarce should take notes!0 -
have been using interparcel for a number of years however recently their service has let me down. Whereas before they would give your money back on a failed delivery they now make it really hard and it's almost impossible to speak to a 'real' person' unless you wait on the phone for 30 mins. If there is a better alternative out there can someone let me know0
