I use parcel2go all the time and never once had a problem.

parcel2go had teething problems about 4 years ago when they first started going but since then they've improved dramatically.

after hearing many good things about them from people i know and trust i gave them a go and have had several successful deliveries from them, even with very heavy boxes (17+kg each!)

  • I used DHL via Interparcel and it took them 3 days to even collect the parcel!

So be VERY wary if you are relying on them to collect your package, as apparently most couriers dont guarentee a collection time, ONLY delivery.

I won't be using Interparcel again, the customers services people didn't seem very bothered I'd been house bound for 3 full days. I'll use good old Royal mail next time.

    AVOID!

I use interparcel on a daily basis and they've been excellent.

Stick with their UPS service and you will have no worries.

I used interparcel for a large order and after several weeks they contacted me to say the parcel was missing which my customer then confirmed. It then took many more weeks and several back and forth emails with proof of costs etc before I got my refund. Whole thing took ages and needless to say was my first and last time using interparcel.

  • Strongly recommend not to use Interparcel

Having used them for several months for a few overseas packages we have just had a package go missing. They have been extremely poor with following this up.

They were indifferent to our situation and have no interest in their customers or resolving the situation. Merely passed it on to the carrier.

We will not be using them again, I would advise others to be very careful and look at an alternative

i used them to send a parcel to europe (via DHL)
    it got lost

but the attitude of their cust servs is questionable!!! once they'd refunded me they felt they had fulfilled their obligations. no further help in tracing the valuable parcel

Hhhmmm, I've used Interparcel probably 60 times or more over the last few years, and I've never had a problem, AND on the few occasions that I've needed to speak to their customer services people I've found them to be extremely helpful ...

    That's exactly what I've found.

I honestly could not think of a better parcel company.

I have used them several times (using DHL) with no problems. Then they lost a consignment to Greece and the customer service was awful. It took 10 weeks to get a partial refund.
  • I have been using them well over 2-3 years now, when things go wrong or packages lost or damage interparcel will make all sorts of excuses that they dont cover such items or products even if it’s not on their Prohibited items list.

This is the reality of their service. There customer support team is very bad and most of them talk back rudely over the phone. There Claims department and manager are even worse than the normal staff.

I suggest staying away from them if you value your customers. You will end up with weeks of problems with no money being paid. First they will make all the excuses in the world not to place your items into the claims department then after weeks or argument they will end up paying but your cheque will arrive 2 months later.

Interparcel may have the cheapest rate but the worst service. I suggest you end up paying 2-3 pounds more to another company who will take better care of the items going through there service.

I found this forum whilst looking for a alternative to them and decided il post our experience. Nearly 3 years of loyalty and 10 packages on average per week to them and we are still treated like kids. I’m fed up and will never recommend anyone to them.
