Pay the £34 to get it back and then use the courts to get your £60 back."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Just had my 3rd non collection with them. Once they've had your payment there's nothing they can do as they don't have contact with couriers (their words). Won't be using again!0

Just to keep things in perspective I have used them about 30 times in the last 4 weeks with no problems.0

I shipped 3 acrylic point of sale systems with inter parcel as I've used them for years now without a problem. Yet after this experience I won't be using them again. I will stick with the post office!
This item was shipped and the additional cover was paid (£20) to cover me up to £1000. The item arrived damaged due the driver throwing parcels around his van all of which was not only witnessed by members of staff but also caught on cctv.
As a result of this my item arrived damaged to my customer. I have supplied all of the information requested I.e images of box, wrapping invoices etc etc.
Leanna initially told me this claim would be resolved as quickly as possible after hearing how the driver had handled not only mine but other customers parcels and that this had been reported to the courier.
I then receive a reply from leanna stating that the screen is glass and they don't cover for glass therefore I'm unable to claim which is a fair point as they don't cover for glass. Yet the damage has been caused to the acrylic which isn't glass and as acrylic isn't on there list of prohibited items then I can claim. Leanna then states it's no longer being classed as glass now (how convenient) yet it's now classed as a monitor which is also a prohibited item. A touch screen "acrylic" point of sales system isn't classed as a "glass" monitor as these are two completely different things that's serve two different purposes? so each time I reply with an answer they just categorise it as something else so they can work there way out of paying up.
As explained to leanna all of this information, images, cctv, emails etc will also be forwarded onto there MD, YouTube (cctv) and watchdog as this is completely unacceptable to treat customers in this manor. They take people's money (additional insurance fees) then throw items around the van to break them and then refuse to pay out when caught red handed. I can't believe that faced with such compelling evidence I'm still being refused to make a claim.
I would avoid this company as when you look at there prohibited items honestly without sounding dramatic every item in the world other than air is on that list!
I am now out of pocket having to refund a customer and having a damaged pos system retured to me for the bin.0 -
If you were misold your insurance, complain to the FOS ombudsman.
Use the courts to reclaim the cost of the damage to your system caused by their subcontractors negligence."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Booked what Interparcel called a 'next day service with UPS' to be then told that the delivery postcode just outside Edinburgh, (which is in mainland UK), is NOT considered part of their next day service. This was never made clear on their website and I was only advised about certain postcodes not falling under the next day service AFTER delivery was finally made, even though they are trying to say I was advised before the booking, which is rubbish. Beware using Interparcel as it seems their service is neither guaranteed nor will they refund on late deliveries. I will NOT be using Interparcel again!0

I've just been on to Interparcel who didn't deliver a parcel to my son in Spain, they emailed to say that they didnt have a phone number on the parcel and could i give them one, This I did but they then said the number I gave them was a UK number and the Spanish would not call the UK so could I supply them with a Spanish number, This I did within 10 minutes of them asking but by that time they had started the returns process and sent it back to me. anyway its arrived back to me today and they wont issue me with a refund.

Hello,
Pray tell me what was wrong with the address
Its the same address that I used to send letters to via royal mail with no problems.
There was nothing wrong with the address, if you check back your communications with me you wanted a phone number ,
I gave you my UK number and was told that the Spanish would not phone the UK so within the hour or maybe sooner I supplied you with a Spanish number
but it seems your lot were too quick in starting the returns process.
So having said that I do expect a refund or I will never be using your services again and whats more I will be posting my experiences on line on every forum I can think of.

Dear Tom,
Thank you for your email.
Please be advised, for parcels being returned we are charged return charges. As we also believe this was a DPD error, we have waived the return charges for you. Therefore, you have not paid for the return charges due to this DPD error, but as my colleague has advised, we would not be able to issue a refund or any compensation on this occasion.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Dear Tom,
Thank you for your email.
I am unable to give this information out I’m afraid.
I am hearing what you are saying but as per the terms of use, this service is not covered by money back guarantee. We have waived the return charges as a gesture of goodwill and returned to you free of charge, but the initial service to send it out has been used, we were not given a local number on the original booking for them to call which is required at the time of booking, so we are unable to issue a refund or any compensation for this shipment. am unable to advise further.
