hi welshone1, have u had an update yet?0
-
The Preston office have had my childcare info for 3weeks...keep trying to call for an update but no answer!
I rang compliance team this morning on the 03000 number.
The lady dealing with mine was off today but a man said my info was scanned onto the system but they are working on claims theay had the info beginning of June.
So mine about 2 weeks away to be looked at.
He said once they have done it the award and paper work gets sent out and any overpayment will be calculated.0 -

I rung compliance this morning and they are re looking at it, but in the mean time my award will remain the same but that has been finalized. It is so stressful and just to let people know they are taking over payments back in shorter period of time. the current o/p that i have at the moment is being taken back at 50.00 per week over the next 6 months.0 -
Welsh one
It says they will take 25% of your weekly or monthly payment.
If it causes hard ship you can phone the overpayments team to pay longer.
Are they taking 25%0 -
It seems a lot of money to lose.
When they realise their mistake will they pay you back dated what they owe you?
My overpayment will be more than yours and I can't afford to pay back more than 50£ a week! I guess the quicker it's paid off the better!0 -

They can take 25% of your award unless you are entitled to maximum credits in which case it is 10%. As GD says you can ask them to take less if it causes you hardship.

No pack here either but their unhelpful line does say packs are sent out up to 26/6 so they may turn up :rotfl:
I always seem to have to ring up around 10/7 & ask where my pack is - it then appears a few days later with a statement date of May on it.
I know they have to deal with gazillions of forms each year, but I wish it would turn up so I can get it done.& as for some happy ending I'd rather stay single & thin

I renewed by post 3 1/2 weeks ago - called to check they have rec'd it last week and was told they had and was given a date of 12/7 which was 6 weeks from date of receipt. We only began claiming in Jan this year but we do have small amount of childcare on there - was sent renewal in white envelope needed to confirm income from 2012/13 and 2011/12 as last year was the first claim year. I hope it doesn't take the full 6 weeks and we hear back next week just to have peace of mind that its sorted out!0
