Tax credit renewal 2013

I'm on week 11. Fed up is an understatement. Weekly payments dropped by £50 a week at beg of april with no explanation as to why. They owe me money for last tax year.
Annoyed is an understatement!!!! Everytime I ring I'm told to wait!! Absolute joke

I renewed by post they received it on 22/7/2013 and it's being processed. Is this normal time I have earned more and worried I will have to pay too much back x

i still have not recieved my renewals pack,,and after weeks of phone calls i am still being fobbed off with the same old line.."its with the enquiries department"...does anyone know what this means...i am eligible for a new boiler free of charge,,but until the rewards notice is issued its being held back...today i told them i will seek advice if nothing comes through in the next fourteen days..and her reply was "ok...thank you for your call " !!!!!!and whats even more annoying when i told i hadnt received it she said " you will have recieved that in April." i wish dear......they wont give me a number for enquiries..therefore am not able to ask why the huge delay...its very frustrating..and if i lose out on replacing my 26yr old boiler due to their lack of action i will be even more angry than i already am...:mad::mad:
