Holster: PM sent in response to your PM to me.
Mazio, Option 3 has the same deals online or off. Though some sites offer a cashback reward, I just dont kno which ones. Sorry.
Shaz, are you still under contract on your BT BB? What calls package do you use?The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -
Hi Drunkstar
Just a bit of info on Bt`s COT. I phoned yesterday and spoke to a lady about what Bt can give me to retain me as a customer. I`m on BB option 1 paying £17.99 pm. She said it could be reduced to £12.99 + £10.50 line rental. She didn`t offer anything else I had to ask about BTVision which is no good to me on a slow speed line. She didn`t seem to be bothered about retaining me as a BT customer and I wonder why she is in that department.
I am now looking at other bb suppliers.0 -

Why don't new customers have any bargaining power ?
8.95 for 6 months then £17.99 on 18mnths contract, is still quite alot for someone that doesnt want to use it loads !"The time is always right to do what is right"0 -

New customers can go to ANY provider that they want to! That is bargaining power isn't it? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
It doesn't seem to be because when my friend has asked for the best deal she has been offered what is standard and nothing else !
Should she be doing it some other way ?
Has any new customer managed to get anything other than the standard deals ?"The time is always right to do what is right"0 -
Why not choose from one of the many other ISP's? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
