Thanks. I'm not sure if I can apply for one yet, isn't there a minimum period you have to be married, like 2 years or something? Haven't a clue about any of this really. Sorry.Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

Not if you're divorcing on the grounds of his unreasonable behaviour. I'm no expert though, that's why a solicitor would be a good person to talk to! There's lots of info online too, a site called wikivorce gets mentioned on here a lot.0 -
This might be the wrong thread to post this on but it is a complete mystery to me as to why people feel the need to live together. Can't understand any of it, holding hands etc etc.
Suppose its just each to their own.0 -
Tayforth well done on preparing for telling your mum and sister this will be when it finally hits you and another milestone passed. Solicitor can wait for now one step at a time main thing is above then of course getting him to leave this could prove tricky especially since the selfish cretin even in his note managed to say how this was all hurting him? well he should now be able to emphathise what his behaviour has put you through, i just hope for your sake he goes quietly but i doubt it. Funny how they grow into pathetic squirmers in the end actually really sad "oh please give me another go", Er nope see ya£14, 500 to go0

Well it seems to me coffee-addict that you have had too many coffees and it's affected your judgement...let's hope this situation never happens to you, otherwise you may be judged harshly and unfairly as well....0
