    Hi tay,
I am so glad the weekend was such a joy for you, you are coming over now as such a different person, full of the joys of spring and at least a foot taller. Such a change in such a short space of time.
Enjoy your shopping trip and just have fun, xx
Treat other's how you like to be treated.

For future reference a couple of squares isn't enough. You need to have enough to coat the throat to start then maintain with a regular square or two :D

    Righto. Noted. Thanks :D

Thanks, harrys nan. Yes, I am feeling a lot more positive. It was wonderful to spend the weekend with my family and friends, and I'm so glad that I managed not just to endure it but to enjoy it.

I'm soooo pleased for you :D and so glad you had a great time :T and I'm sure it will go well with your Mum, she probably noticed how much happier you were on your own!!

Chuckled at you calling him your ex already, I went out from work on Friday and was calling mine the 'soon to be ex' ;)

It felt brilliant to be asked out and to say yes straight away without having to 'ask permission' and I purposefully left my watch at home so that I wasn't clock-watching, a true 'Freedom Moment'

Make the most of the sunshine today, Ikea can wait until it's cold and wet later in the week, it's always stupidly hot in there anyway!

Lovely morning. I did a bit of charity shop browsing - got a lovely New Look tea dress for £4, a Cath Kidston bag for £10 and a beautiful vintage oil lamp for £3!

Then I did a neighbour a good turn :) Now I'm back for a quick lunch. I've just hung out the wash I put on this morning and have another one on! I'm going to the park in a minute with a book to relax for the afternoon :D I'll have my phone with me too, so will be on MSE, fear not :)

Oh, good for you! It has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? :j

How are you getting on? I love your 'Freedom Moments', what an apt phrase, and I'm glad that you're accepting invitations. The only way is up xxx

Thanks so much claretsgirl. I am feeling incredibly positive, I'm looking forward with optimism. A few times at the weekend, I imagined the ex there and, every single time, I pictured myself downcast and on edge. But on my own, I was happy and relaxed. It was wonderful.

    p.s. is your username football-related or wine-related? :D
