There speaketh two voices of experience :D

Remember that guy on The Apprentice - Tom? He was really nice and polite, the total opposite of all the other loudmouths. Anyway, he came up with the idea of emergency biscuits, and got laughed out of the room. But I think that he was on to something :rotfl:

Don't worry too much about eating healthily at the moment, if you fancy, for example, Dairylea lunchables, and that's all you can face, then don't stress about the five a day message.

I've recently gone through a traumatic bereavement (won't go into it here) but I felt too physically sick to eat anything for four days, but at the moment Tay, eating something, even if it is carp is better than eating nothing. Or drinking complan, or one of the diet milkshakes, anything to get nutrition into your body and keep your digestive system going.

If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!

    Thank you MrsAtobe.

I haven't cooked in ages, am living on M&S salads, yogurt, cold meats and pasta mug thingies, plus the odd banana. And copious cups of tea.

I've had a mug of warm milk, which is all I can stomach this evening. It was nice, though. It's comforting IYKWIM.

My thoughts are with you at this time, sending you big hugs also xxxx

I hope you had a good night's sleep Tayforth.

Re the dress, yes why not sell it (on fleabay or similar sites). Good designer preloved dresses command a good price. You could perhaps put that money towards a car?
Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j
