We are both in leicester. :-).

Thank you all again for responses. Hope your ok teabag, when we having that coffee?

I've received a letter today been copied in with letter that cpn sent our gp about Tuesday night, I'm disgusted no where in there does it say she beat me up, no where does it say her sibling stood there screaming wetting her pants and no where in there does it say mum is concerned of her harming herself or even others. Just states she saw her and she seemed fine and mentioned I slapped her and she the cpn was concerned. !!!!!!?

I'm in 2 minds to write her a letter how dare she.

I would write to her and state what you have - and what she is missing from her letter.

And next time l would go to A&E to get it documented. You are going to be fobbed off time and again if you don't become a match for them. ;)

    What about these OP?

SS have already bowed out twice? Presumably their initial assessmentS failed to notice the little girl being beaten up by her older sister and wetting herself when her mother was being attacked.

Might just be worth pointing out that I've been on the receiving end of Children's Services turning up in the middle of the night and have been through more than one core assessment with DS2. Children's services always conclude that everything is just fine... which is of course why I have had to have a lifeline installed by Adult Services since DS2 was 2 years old due to his violence...

I am not surprised you have a bad opinion as you expect them to be mind readers. The last incident has not yet been reported or do you not fully understand the OP's situation?

What do you mean 'how dare she?'!! She voiced the concerns that she has.If you want your concerns voiced you have to do it yourself.

You cannot expect everyone to do everything for you.

Was the cpn concerned about you slapping her?If ,of course she was!You are the adult and are meant to be the one in control it will concern her.

I know it's hard, but I have asked what you do when your daughter is like this, how you protect yourself and manage the situation. If you could open up about that and allow people to help you with that to help all of you it is at least something while you are waiting for help (which will not be quick).

But the OP did and those crucial points have been missed out of the letter.

Exactly and we never slapped her. I am writing letter as she has missed the important bits why we were there in the first place.

Now do you understand why you need to have photos and go to the GP and report the incident to the police - if you don't then you end up the bad guy and you will be unable to go into the profession you're training for... is that a good outcome for DD2?

Of course I have evidence she admitted it to the doctors and that cpn and the physiatrist we seen Friday. Just that that cpn forgot to mention the whole reason why we ended up down there in the first place. I've spoken to my gp today who has told me to write a letter informing her she failed to list the reasons etc. he knows as the call I made to doc on call Tuesday night is recorded, I ain't that stupid.

I suspect that there are more reasons for this.....

Very unlikely unless you as an adult have got your own health problems but am happy to stand corrected
