So after appearing that my sickness had stopped it has hit me hard today. Feel horrendous and my 3 year old is being a little horror. Thankfully hes off to his nana's tonight so I can get a nap before OH comes home!
Hope everyone else is feeling ok today.0 -
Had booking in appointment yesterday - had my blood taken for the first time in my life!
Went well - scan date should come via post!
Midwife mentioned taking vitamin D supplements - but wasn't worried about taking them until i have finished my folic acid
What vitamin supplements is everyone else taking? What is best value?0 -

You get vitamin d supplements for free, they gave me a yellow card to take to any children's centre to pick them up, I went today and it was closed xxx***** on the road to debt freedom *****

Hi sophiasmum, welcome and congratulations
getting fed up with not sleeping through the night urgh, no wonder I feel tired! I feel nausea if my tummy is not full too - I'm surely going to pile on the pounds and become a blob!0 -
Got home from work to find an appointment letter for a scan on 4th April. Eek!!!!! Still haven't spoken to or heard from the midwife yet. Should I be concerned?Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

have been lying on sofa feeling sorry for myself this evening, feeling sicky and tired and down. Despite this I'm glad I'm halfway through the 8 week wait in a weird way. I made it thru the last 4 weeks, only 4 more to go!
I've been to t*sco shopping and got some elderflower cordial and ginger cordial (2 for a fiver) . The elderflower one is nice
I have a feeling that I'm getting dehydrated 'cos I'm getting sick of decaff tea and avoiding sweeteners. 0
