Sorry about all of the posts, but I just remembered something that I'll definitely be using once I start to show and start getting questions.

When someone asks: "What are you expecting?" Say: "Well, I'm expecting a baby, but it could be a velociraptor. I'm honestly hoping for kittens though."

We are off to a softplay/open farm today aswell as my 18month old there will be my three nephews 9,6&8 months my eldest nephews friend my mum and sister so hoping no one notices my sickness or lack of appetite and also my constant protecting my tummy from boisterous boys. I'm in court today, two different cases, morning and afternoon. So I won't see much of any sunshine!

I took Isaac to St. Paul's Cathedral yesterday, which he loved. Today, OH has taken him and a mate to Legoland, so he's having a rather nice half-term, I think.

I can request an early scan due to what happened at the MW booking. I'm definitely going to do so.

I think that is a good idea. I am suprised they didn't do it when it happened but I guess it was very early. xx

The amount of times we got asked this at the baby show on Sunday! Dh just kept saying errr a baby! I felt like shouting not everyone finds out you know...!

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had a lovely neat bump. Just before I went on mat leave, so I'd have been around 34-35 weeks pregnant, so really obviously pregnant, I bumped into a girl in the toilets at work who I didn't work with directly but I knew and she said 'sorry for asking, but you *are* pregnant, aren't you?' I just looked at her and said 'well, I hope so!'

I can't remember where I saw it, but I've seen something that tells you the 'appropriate' times to ask a woman if she's pregnant. Essentially it equated to 'never!' I'll have to see if I can find it again though, as it was quite funny.
