Hi no news, I'm suprised though its been nearly a month since we saw the gp and he dictated a letter referring me for the scan whilst we were still there. Supposed to be seeing the midwife on the 29th but going to have to rearrange now as didnt realise when she called that itbwould be half term then.

Morning all from a rather tired me. I've had the worlds worst night with DD crying all night and not letting either me or DH sleep... It's at times like this that I really do wonder having a second is a good idea as just the one is hard work!! But I suppose we are just gluttons for punishment... and its just the joys of being parents.

To top the terrible night off, I too (like mrs_t_m) had a fall this morning when I went to fill up my car. I fell on my bum, not really hurt apart from a graze to the elbow and feeling a tad embarassed... a lovely man helped me up. I hope everything os ok with my bean... i dont think the fasll was anything major.

This week is going terribly slow... with our scan this saturday, there is still 3 whole days to go... omg i cant wait any longer!!

Argh hope you're OK Mrs_T_M AND Goppers! Take it easy! The weather round here is blooming awful, really really heavy rain, I got a mini lecture from OH about driving carefully to the docs later, and it's less than a mile up the road!!

OK... TMI perhaps now...

I had a painful night last night, blooming bowels giving me pain, still on the antibiotics for the UTI and last night OH decided we had to DTD (I suppose I didn't argue but I was a bit worried about it in my current state haha) and that coupled with the above sent me in to horrible spasms of pain! He can manage without for another few weeks now hahaha xx

Update: I'm ok, just sore in spots. Slept great last night except for the 5 trips to the loo and the neighbours gate repeatedly slamming in the wind around 6 am. I'm still really tired though, so after breakfast I think I'm going back to bed. I'm due to volunteer at one of the charity shops near our house for a few hours today (my first day doing so!) and I'm looking forward to it.

is anybody else just really impatient? iv only known I'm pregnant for a week and it feels like a year! I just want to know everything's okay and be able to tell people! I think my first scan will be in December which seems miles away...

got my first visit to the doctors next Tuesday so I suppose I can look forward to that even if they don't really do anything...

Joey delurking to say I fell over too yesterday! Must have been the day for it but that's 3 of now so should be no more of it happening!

I was crossing the road and just tripped up the pavement like a complete wally. Grazed and cut my hand in 3 places which is stinging its horrible & banged my hip. As an adult you're not used to falling over all the time! Lucky I got a tetanus shot 3 years ago as the pavement was wet and I can't get all the dirt in it out as it's really small.

She doesn't know yet!) and I feel like I'm just wishing the days away until then. I put in to volunteer a couple weeks before I got pregnant, so now that they've called me and want me to come in, I'm hoping that will help pass some of the idle time. Plus I get to do something nice for other people.

I have my booking in appt on the 11 of November, so I suppose that is really when things will start kicking off here.

I think you're due a day before me so I'm hoping our timings will be
similar I'm off work for a week with OH from the 9th December so I'm praying the scan will be in that week! got lots of nice Christmassy things planned so a scan would top that off, especially cos we'll both already be off. ahhh hope time goes quickly! I half wish I would have found out at 9 weeks or something so I didn't have as long to wait ha.
