Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 3
Comments
-
Yes but I only started eating proper food for dinner on Friday which was 16 weeks! So 10 weeks with no real
Dinner lol
I'm still sick every morning and feel nauseous for most of the day but the vomiting has decreased a lot!!
How about yours?
I think the last time I had to take a tablet as it was really bad was a couple of weeks ago now.0 -
It is the worst I have had it. With my son 9 years ago it was quite bad but this is worse. I feel terrible all day long. I can barely brush my teeth at the moment which I know is disgusting but I can bare it. I can't take any tablets as I had a bad reaction after my ERPC so they won't let me have anything in that family. I am miss bland and wondering when it eases!
Have you felt any moment.

Mrs_T_M - I can't stand the smell of all my favourite things. I have a serious sweet tooth but that is all gone. I do like all things savoury now! Did you ask about the pram? Will you be cross stitching things for the baby? I have some lovely bits for babies in rooms and even cross stitched rattles!
I haven't asked about it yet, I'm far too shy to do it I'm afraid! I think I may just keep my eyes on the Freecycle and Freegle group for around here. Prams, cloth nappies, toys, clothes etc are always posted, but they go quick! Once I'm halfway through 'cooking', DH says that I can start bringing stuff home. We already have a pack of cloths, a blanket, two packs of vests, and a pack of bibs though. Oh, and a friend of mine gave me her lo's bouncy chair because he had already outgrown it. She only knew that we were trying, and I haven't told anyone in real life yet.
I'll definitely be cross stitching stuff for the little one. I'm working on a white tiger cross stitch now, but I'll probably do a few vests during my 'I'm tired of this now' moments with the tiger.
Anyone else here considering using cloth nappies? My mom used them with me (and still uses them as dusting cloths!) but they were the squares of muslin with plastic pants over them. I'm looking into the two part ones so that they will dry quicker, since we have no dryer.
I feel like I've had caffeine today, but I haven't! I've really been wanting salty foods and milk this past week. I need to try for a fruit smoothie tomorrow, and if I can't drink it, I'll freeze it into ice lollies. Hopefully that will help get a bit more fruit in.0 -
I totally want milk and salty things have for weeks!
Our Freecycle is rubbish so I will be buying some bits and bobs. I want to use cloth nappies defiantly. If you have the place to dry them its a no brainer to me. My friend used them but used proper nappies at night because they don't hold the moistness in as well at night.
Ice lollies are good for getting vitamins in when you don't want much.

My Mum knows because she lives on the side of our house in an annex and I needed her after what happened last time (mc) more than I could have ever thought I would have. She was with me when I had my scan at 8 weeks due to them wanting to check all was ok. She held my hand so tight.
Scans don't do much for me now. They are a snapshot of a moment in time. But my OH is so excited for our private scan on Saturday. This week is just too frightening for me this is the week it all went wrong - but remaining positive. This is our time3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

Forgot to ask earlier, but does anyone else have trouble keeping warm now? I'm used to having frozen hands and feet, but now I actually get chills and goosebumps! Since I'm such a geek, I've taken my temp and it's finally up to 'normal' (37C) where it is usually around 35.5C! I'm thinking that having a higher body temperature means that I can feel the cold more. Right now I'm wearing socks, pj bottoms (long), a knit skirt, a jumper, a dressing gown, and a bra (this late at night I'm still in my bra! That's unheard of!) and I'm still a bit chilled! We have our heat set on 18C, but the landlords haven't fixed the windows and doors yet. They were supposed to get double glazed windows installed while it was warm outside, but, we haven't heard anything and it's cold now!0
