Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 3

P.S Squirrel; You may be able to get a refund on the prescription. There's a help centre for the Maternity Exemption forms. There's an 0845 number, but there's also 0300 3301341. I think 0300 numbers are charged in the same way as 01 or 02 numbers so cheaper than 0845. The only thing is that I called them today and the guy I spoke to was very nice, but didn't seem to be that experienced as he struggled to answer my question:/0

Welcome 1trainer1, you are one day behind me, I was 9 weeks yesterday. Sorry you have been so poorly. Have you had a scan to see if it's a multiple pregnancy? (Tell me to naff off if it's none of my business).
I have felt really well today. That makes me nervous!!
Hey all,
Thanks for the warm welcome.
had a Scan in the hospital and they said its only one but my mum and me think its twins at least otherwise why would I be feeling so sick.
I have been told I had hyperemesis (I think that's what it is called) but slowly I am getting there.
I have been told by Mum after 12 weeks it gets better and she should know she had five of us, the way I feel at the moment I think one is going to be all we are having as I don't want to be pregnant again.
Got my midwife appointment on Monday afternoon so will see how that goes but just wondering what questions if any to ask herBlessed on 18th February 2014 at 0814 with little Sarah xxx0 -
:TWith my little boy I had horrendous sickness and was off for weeks and my employer was great.
I have had sickness but no way as bad as last time. No way. And always been just a single pregnancy. Each is so very different and although they say it can be because there is more than one baby sometimes it is just the luck of the draw.
I have to say though having symtoms make it feel more real as you are almost expecting them but to be fair if you have sickness or tiredness or what ever your symtom if it means you can not lead your life and your suffering terribley its far from ideal but if it results in a baby it is all you can ever want granted.

Lovely pic becca, glad all ok.
I've just spent 5 hours in A&E with my 3 year old DS2 who has broken his arm. Thank goodness my DH was there with me as I wasn't allowed into x-ray due to being pregnant.

Welcome 1trainer1
Becca - brilliant that your scan shows everything as it should be. It's lovely to see.
PLMBL - sounds like you had a bit of a day of it yesterday. Hope you get a rest today and that your little one is ok.
We're going off on hols up to Scotland so I probably won't be on for a bit. Hopefully I will get a chance to sneak on and catch up with everyone0 -
Thank you faithhope, hope you have a lovely holiday Xx
DS2 was awake 5 times in the night and is obviously very sore. It's bucketing down here today so think it will be a duvet and dvd day for us all and hopefully his pain will be manageable, or we have to go back to hospital. Wish I could take it all from him poor boy Xx
