Kynthia if everything is ok on the scan then you are really lucky to not have many symptoms, I know it doesn't feel like that now but none of them are exactly nice so I'd make the most of it! Id gladly swap! :)

Last time I couldn't even go into a supermarket for 4 weeks because of the fear of being sick, and the house looked like a bomb had hit it, I felt so ill and then when it went wrong I thought god I've spent weeks feeling like hell for nothing. I do find it interesting how the same hormone effects everyone so differently.

It's definitely affecting my digestive system now had terrible wind& bloating last night and feel like I can't eat breakfast. And waking up in the night again. Just peed on another test & the line is stronger. Tomorrow ill be 15dpo so will have properly missed AF then hopefully.

I just need to get through 4 days of work next week then I've got 3 weeks off so at least if I'm puking then I don't have to worry about work for a while!

Becca - nothing fits me either. I don't want to go and buy maternity clothes though. Not until I know everything is ok.

I am a size 8 and as soon as I put weight on its 100% obvious as I usually wear quite fitting clothes I am now a flowing person. My best friend said to me......' No offence mate but you have put on a bit of weight'. I just said,' Oh have I? I hadn't noticed!'

She is quite direct but I love her. xx

I'm 28 :) We're the first of our group to have a baby too, the others are just about getting to the getting married stage so I think there'll be a boom in a few years and they'll all be coming to us for advice! :o

LOL at your friend's bluntness Sam! :) My friends are geing very sweet and when I moan about being fat they say 'Oh, you don't look any bigger!'... all lies, but nice to hear! :)

Excited about my scan on Monday! Nearly here! :)

    That's pretty funny Sam!

Is it your last day today Becca? That must be such a relief.

I found out yesterday that a friend of a friend who had a mmc earlier in the year got pregnant again & just had a good scan yesterday which is lovely & reassuring too.

Birdie I can't believe you're that far ahead already!

having a really down day, absolutely dreading the scan, can't stop thinking about the scan from the last pregnancy and to top it off my friends were discussing on messenger how a girl we know has just miscarried, so that didn't help any.

i look big today though, don't think the flowy top helps! it's 29 degrees in the office right now so it'll only get warmer. long dinner in the shade outside i thinks....

    I understand your feelings TL.

Omg do you not have air con in your office that's really hot inside!

Hope you can enjoy your weekend TL without worrying too much about Monday. I'm sure everything will be fine. :)

Can't believe you haven't got air con either, if you start to feel woozy at all make sure you go for some fresh air in the shade and drink lots of water! I usually hate the air con in my office (I'm always cold! :o) but loving it right now!

Claire, I'm not really 12 weeks yet so will hanging around for another week or so. :o The GP and midwifes were all obsessed with dating me a week further along than I am so I'm having my scan at 11 weeks. :o

I'm 38, 3rd pregnancy but no children (yet).

Felt very nauseous on the train this morning, was so hot, I really need to carry a bottle of water with me! Just had a yogurt and feel a bit better.

    Thank crunchie it's Friday!
