I am pg 1-2 weeks and last period was 3 June so edd is 10 march if go with date of last period.

We have the exact same dates! I done a test and found out Monday.

Are there any gym bunnies here? I haven't managed much this week due to the heat ( my gym has no air con) and my knackeredness, but I exercise quite a lot. I'm wondering if there is any exercises I shouldn't be doing.

Mainly contact sports and anything where you might fall from a great height, like horse riding. Zumba is often vetoed too, and anything abdominal crunch-esque from the end of the 1st trimester or that has you flat on your back after 16 ish weeks. I think they don't like to recommend swimming in the first trimester sometimes, in case of infection? You should let your gym staff know and they should be able to steer you right :) Make sure you stay super hydrated and don't overheat, too

Samtoby - Excellent news that the bleed is dispersing. Must have been very reassuring for you. :)

Starshinning - Good luck for your scan. If you've got to this stage with no bad symptoms, chances are everything is absolutely fine. In saying that, I will be a nervous wreck at my 12 week scan :rotfl:

Cherry - Great that you managed to get a scan so quickly. Hope everything is ok.

Faerie - Hooray for hols in the heatwave! As others have said, booking in apt is really boring so hope you're not too nervous.

Jox - poor you having to lie down in the toilets. Is there not an empty meeting room or something you could use?

Teamlowe - Excellent that you're getting your house soon. I know what it's like - we lived with my parents, DH's parents and my SIL at various points when we were waiting for our house move to go through.

Welcome Blondy and SmartCat and congrats!! :j

Becca - Glad your DH is looking after you :)

This is getting a bit epic so Hi to everyone else, hope you're enjoying the warm weather.

AFM - Yesterday I had sickness come up the back of my throat so I could taste it and was mixed between thinking Yuk! and thinking oh, that's a good sign. Even tho I had nausea before and it didn't stop me having a mc. It's the same with early scans. I kind of want one but I had one in my last pg and I still mc :( What I would really like is a scan at week 9 cos if it's all ok then, there is a really high chance it will be fine. But I'm going to be on holiday in Scotland that week so can't arrange it for then and if I ask for one in week 10 they'll probs say just wait till week 12.

Team Lowe - I have had vivid dreams for weeks now. Some of them feel so real I have woken up and thought it is actually happening.

Congrats for the newbies - I hope you all have sticky beans.

My housework and general ability has gone out the window but I really should make an effort today. Our house looks like a bomb has hit it. It is a big house and will take me a long time to make it tidy.

Starshining - I hope I feel movement earlier than last time. I didn't feel a thing until 22 weeks and I think thats because of my tilte dback uterus.

    I'm more confused than ever.

I had my scan today. From the measurements they're saying I'm definitely not 8 weeks pregnant. More like 6 weeks. That means I technically fell pregnant 4 weeks ago. That's just not possible. My OH went back to Afghan on the 28th of May. The dates just don't work out.

They couldn't detect a heartbeat but they've said for a 6 week pregnancy everything is where it should be. It's just too early to pick up that heartbeat. I have to go back for another scan next Saturday

My heads all over the place. I don't know what to think

The only other possibility is that I really am 8 weeks but the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I just don't know. I don't know what to do

Cherry.. it can take a few days to conceive rather than conceiving within an hour of dtd. and scan dates can be a week or so out so don't lose hope yet.

Sorry to hear your scan was not reassuring Cherry. A week seems a long while to wait, have you got a family member or friend you can talk to for some support? Hope it all turns out ok xx

My OH is trying to get home on compassionate leave for a week. I want to stay hopefully but I just don't understand the dates. I can't get my head around them. I don't want believe its true. I still feel pregnant. I've had some discharge but its tiny amount. I don't feel ill I don't have any pain. I don't understand any of it.

She was so certain I'm not 8 weeks. I wish I'd asked more questions but I was just so upset I couldn't think straight. They've said it's not bad news it's just no news. I don't know what's worse

I need to calm down. I'm gonna end up giving myself a heart attack before next Saturday!
