hey I am on baby number 3 :) pregnancy number 5 :( I have 2 girls one is 11 and the other 18 months :)

Labour... this is the end of it all. after 9 months of feeling sick acheing being uncomfortable and the last few months of heartburn, backache not being able to get comfortable labour means finally meeting your baby and getting your body back :) If it was that bad people would stop after one wouldn't they ????? ha ha

    Welcome and good luck folks
Just take each day as it comes. :)

Pregnancy and baby #1 here :D also another one who isn't thinking about labour, it just comes out through your belly button...right?!

Birdie hope your belly feels better :) bloating is yuk! You must be 7 weeks? 3 weeks ahead of me?

Thanks lily I don't mind how many there are in there, I'll be grateful for whatever we are blessed with. I just hope that everything is healthy and as it should be.

I've been told by several different ladies that gallstone pain is worse than Labour, so I'm just going to convince myself that's right as whilst gallstone pain wasn't fun I could cope with it.
Plus no matter how horrible labour is its only like a day or two in your whole life and they have such lovely drugs these days lol x

Hi! My sickness has eased a little today, yay! I'm working 4, 14 hour shifts over the next 5 days, so I hope the vomiting holds off. I've bought loads of snacky things to take to work with me so I can hopefully cope with it.

I was terrified about labour before pregnancy but now I'm a bit more relaxed. Its in there and it has to come out one way or another, I don't have much choice in that. My mum swears blind it was the worst thing in the world but she had 4 children. Why would she do it again and again?! My sister says it's not that bad, painful yes but it's a worthwhile pain and you forget very quickly.

Is anyone else really bloated? My stomach is massive, especially after I eat anything.
  • Yes-I feel really bloated. Tummy feels bigger & I'm only 5+4 weeks! I have to undo button on my jeans! Not sure if this is due to pregnancy or I've just been eating too much so getting a bit fatter!! ;)

Anyone else finding the weeks going SO slowly!!? Just want 12 week scan to be here to give some reassurance that things will be OK! Got booking appointment & scan appointment through the post today-another step to feeling more real!

Congrats again to everyone! Early days for us all-I hope everyone stays safe & well. X
