I'm in absolute panick mode. I just don't 'feel' pregnant. I'm pretty sure it's all ending again.

Oh Lily :( is there anything else making you think that, or do you just not 'feel' it? I know what you mean since i've had my bleeding I dont 'feel' pregnant. Got everything crossed for you, big hugs.
How far along do you think you are?

It took me a while to feel pregnant and many of my friends didn't feel pregnant until way after the 12 week mark (no MS or anything), so it doesn't have to mean anything. However, having had a miscarriage myself I know how stressful it can be (I don't think I'm going to relax until after birth, if then :o).

Really hope that all works out and you start to feel better soon.

Thanks for the kind words ladies. No, I've no other reason to suspect anything bad has happened other than I *think* something isn't right. I have had a stab at dates and think it's something like 5+2 but I got the first positive test a week ago. I hadn't been testing before then as I didn't think I was pregnant so may have got one earlier. My last bleed was when I was miscarrying so dates are a bit of an unknown.

I just can't shake this horrible feeling. My nipples are no longer sensitive and that was the last thing to stop when I miscarried.

I know panicking won't change anything, I just feel terrible.

I know its easier said than done but try not to panic, and try to keep calm. I am sick of hearing my OH say that to me this week in the lead up to our follow up scan for my bleed :o but he has a point!
Will you be having an early scan because of your past mc? Hopefully this will be able to put your mind at ease. This pregnancy stuff is not easy and so very stressful!

    Try and think positive :)

Thinking of you Lily and Flower, hope your scans are good news.

AFM, my GP has really upset me today. I saw a locum so it wasn't the usual lady and had to go all through my medical history at the beginning of the appointment. I'd gone in because I'm anxious about the pregnancy possibly not having 'stuck' in the right place due to my bicornuate uterus and because I need a little time off work as I'm being sick and falling asleep all over the place (and if I did this on the ward they'd send me home). However as soon as I mentioned the Bipolar she started speaking to me like I'm an absolute moron - repeating the most obvious details and putting everything down to mental illness rather than genuine concerns. So, rather than a referral for an early scan, I walked out with a referral to a psychiatrist, instructions to self-certify (what exactly am I supposed to put on that?!?) and a prescription for folic acid (she obviously didn't listen when I said I'd been taking this for months).

I just came home and cried. DH is now away for the weekend.

Huge hugs Amy. Pop back to see your usual doc if possible. The locum sounds rubbish. X

Hugs to lily too. It's natural that you feel anxious. I'm now 9+1 and sometimes don't feel pregnant. I panicked a little when some of the lovely ladies on here said they could already feel fluttering because I can't. Try to get your doc to send you for an early scan for some reassurance. X
