Oh my word - that time already! I think I will get my thinking cap on tonight... Thrifty is this the Cat's Best that Kerri recommended? I was going to order the same size but really need to keep it under my bed. How long do you think that will last you..?
Yes that's the one (40l Cat's Best Öko Plus). It's gonna last 2 or 3 months I guess, hard to tell just now as we only had it three days. Granted it's £20 and we usually bought the cheap stuff from LIDL (maybe a fiver a month) but it's a lot nicer. It tracks out of the tray a wee bit but not much more than other stuff. It clumps nicely and you really just remove what's been soiled. Sorry feel like sales person.

Thriftylass - i laughed too at the mouse comment (RIP little guy)
Re Ebay - my story is a little random - today i received a message on my phone from an ebayer stating they hadnt got their item yet. Immediate panic as it was sent nearly 2 weeks ago. Loaded up the computer as soon as i got home to check dates etc - on the item it had the "feedback received" icon coloured in. Odd. Checked the buyer and it wasnt the person who messaged me! In fact they didnt even bid! So i emailed back saying the reason you havent got it, is because you didnt buy it!:rotfl:
Today was a SFD too
Ps. for April i have decided to set myself a "money detox" challenge by spending nothing from my current account until my birthday (the 19th). So anything i want must be paid for by 31st March or i'll have to do without! Food wont count as it comes out of the joint account.:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

Hi everyone, just a bit of a confesion from me today, I succombed and bought a couple of Easter eggs for DD's and DGD with money out of account and not in purse. It didnt
feel good and I know I should have done it whilst I had the money in my food account, but no excuses from me (I did buy a couple of other bits but all needed and will be used/eaten) anyway I dont really feel that guilty but it didnt feel too good:o
Have a couple of days off now so will be SFD's until Friday I hope, so wont get to target but will be close, and LOOKING FORWARDS TO NEXT MONTHS CHALLANGES
Had a letter off Age Concern, yes now Im getting on I keep getting letters off Saga, Age Concern etc (just makes you feel older - I certainly dont feel or act old (I hope)) and it included a thermometer to help tell you if your house is warm enough, anyway its been in my lounge all afternoon and its showing cold - 15 degrees, it cant be right Im telling myself as the heating is on the lowest setting, wrapped in housecoat over clothes and gloves on to keep my hands warm:rotfl::rotfl:
Tonight is gnocci, tom sauce and cheese, not tried it before but it was all reduced so Im going to give it a go
Jxx
PS Hope everyone is OK, warm and well£1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund0 -

Been AWOL this weekend. Will catch up on you all in a minute.
Mum fell downstairs on Friday night, broken her wrist and bruised her ribs. Hubby had to go and pick her and dad up from hospital at 3.30am. She's ok but shaken up and in pain.
xx
Oh no. Sorry just saw your post. That's terrible, I hope it all heals quickly.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250
