I broke my 'never drink coffee after 4pm' rule and now I can't sleep  I don't need to be up early so I don't mind really, although I'm starting to get a bit bored now!!

My extra payments seemed to come to a halt so it feels great to get rid of one more-I'm on a roll now, the next £600 hurdle will be zapped in the next week :D

Another hour down, only 3 to go then you're free...til your second shift  Definitely need to think of the money :money:
  • Morning,

small spend yesterday getting a few bits in, today should be a sfd.

    stay safe and warm everyone!

    Another SFD for me today.
Trying to list as many things on eBay so they end before the postage goes up.

    ....**tumbleweeds**......

Where is everybody? Me - I am back at work. In one area of my building doing stuff I'd rather not be doing. Cause it ain't fun. One day I swear it, I will wave this place good bye and never return! Ever ever ever... but for now it's my second home.

SFD today, sandwiches made already for tomorrow, food packed for tonights shift which I know will DRAG by and a very very bare fridge. I have £18.35 left until friday and £30 in my bank account. I think I have done okay! Didn't want to put petrol in the bike today as I have already paid for a railcard for the week but needs must and I will get this money back...

So for now.. getting my head down, couting down until 2300 and hoping against hope it doesn't snow..

    Onwards and Upwards!!!

HiNSK, I have been over on the old style board lurking. Today I visited mr m for some bits - why are the offers all on junk foods?

I am de cluttering my room today then later a roast with home made syrup sponge and custard - new recipe but have everything in so worth a try!

Cinema tonight as cheaper tickets and dd1 has been asking for weeks but bought popcorn and sweets at mr m so comes in at under a tenner!

Hope work doesn't drag too much, these cold days are slowing the clocks! Not many days now until the end of the month! Onwards...

    Hi All

A SFD yesterday but not today alas, had to pick up a few basics for the fridge and lunches, only spent £15, so shouldn't need anything else for the next 6 days.

Hope everyone is warm and well

Kat I hope your shift is not too long and boring. You need that overtime girl, what with holidays birthdays and all. Snow today so another SFD and thought I better get on board the decluttering wagon along with everyone else. It's not my clutter mind, so I can't eBay it even f I knew how. Definitely feels like End of the Month approaching but need to keep out of the shops for another week to reach the SFD target. Eek! Good luck for the final week of Marching Forever Forward everyone.

Hi anyone out there, we are few and far between today:)

Anyway, it hasnt been a SFD for me as I have had to put some diesel in the car, it was getting too low and I still have to get to work until Saturday, but only put in £8 and that leaves me £2 to last me until the end of the month:eek: not sure if I will make it but I will certainly try, I would definitely do it on a normal week, but we have Easter looming and I need to get a couple of eggs etc for the weekend

Anyway dont work too hard, and have a good sleep tonight Kat

Hope its still going OK Kat - we are all with you while you slave away on a Sunday night. I am ebaying. Gawd its boring and its taking me ages to sort the stuff out, photograph it and list it. It better sell!!

Have spent the whole afternoon tidying the greenhouse. This was a major achievement because the greenhouse was very very cobwebby in places and I hate cobwebs, never mind the spiders that go with them. I got hubby to deal with the scariest bits but after that he went off to do some other tidying and I got on with it.

This now means I can buy some cheap seeds and grow some bedding plants for the garden - if it ever warms up.

So I have a nice feeling of having achieved something today, and I feel very grubby so I am going to list the last couple of ebay things, get a nice bath and help DS with his homework.

Oh and another SFD, only one more week to go and March is over!!
  • Evening all - checking in have been missing in action in my tutu. Anyway managed a sfd yesterday - was heading for one today - survived the ballet show but then caved and got takeaway on the way home - we were all knackered and this was the fastest way to get the kidlets in bed.

Oh and had a lovely evening with our friends last night - sent the babysitter (which they delivered to us) home with some cake and she sent the tin back with some poulet eggs - yum!!

DH ebay lots have flown - he's made over £100 on 3 lots tonight which was unexpected - will update totals tomorrow. For now Im off to the sofa with a glass of wine.

All in all a good weekend - 4 days now to complete my work hours for the month... EEKK!!

Love to all, especially those on the night shift!!
