Morning all,
NSK - Just seen that same article and your comment. I can't believe how some people think they can live how they do, when they obviously can't afford it. I definitely think she needs to get on here pronto.
Hoping for a SFD today.

Morning All,
I'm begrudging spending 60p on milk this morning but it's cold and I like hot drinks in work. Really annoyed at myself for spending money at the weekend now on things I don't need, especially when I have credit cards and owe my parents money. I conveniently forget about my debts at times and I shouldn't, need to find ways to get them paid off and won't do this by shopping!0 -
RosieCheeksBlossom - I love leaving comments on there. Sometimes to wind people up, mainly on articles about fluffly creatures but expecially on money sites that ANNOY me... :rotfl:...1308 green arrows so far....“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Woohoo, gonna add my unexpected payback from nursery then too :T but also up my target as some of that money is gone as a "loan" to hubby again
Listed about 15 things on eBay last night and one sold straight away as he made me an offer and I changed it to buy it now for a tenner. Another one already has a bid too. So hopefully this lot will be more successful than the last.
We were away over the weekend and I didn't need to spend a penny since the grocery top up on Friday as we were at FIL's and he or hubby paid for the very few things we needed for tea. Went out in Glasgow Saturday night but took the car and only stayed for 2 hours, hubby bought a round (off his "loan" from me, so it doesn't sound like I'm never paying) and we got one back (soft drinks for him obviously). Miss proper nights out though a wee bit, not the cost but just having a carefree night out and a all day feel sorry for yourself day in bed but these days are gone.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

Good evening to you all!
Just because...
Just because I do not comment on your posts doesn't mean I do not read your comments...I do, and I am very impressed with many of you, many of you have challenges and are facing them heads high!
I have to admit I'm the same, I draw loads of motivation from others posts but sometimes I'm just too tired or run out of time that day to respond and just manage to check in. Can you tell I'm not that busy at work today :rotfl:DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
Morning all - well Monday morning and I'm cream crackered - the problem with listing so many things is that when you sell them you spend hours packing and posting - however..... drum roll please.... I sold £93.45 of carp last night!!!:j:j:j:j:j As per usual there are still a couple of things awaiting payment - cos pressing buttons is tricky
Oh and one blighter - bid on things and then announced he would come and collect in person despite my listings saying no to this - anyway have invoiced him with combined postage and will see if he pays - his part of the total is only £4 and he has irritated me - now there's an error of judgement with a tired cranky Mum!:D
Anyway planning a NSD - Chicken soup on the hob - hubby coming to work from home from lunch time as his car is going back to the garage to have the fan belt done.
Onwards and upwards and all that - love to all

I know that totally annoys me. They win the bid and then want to collect and say no postage please I'm near you I'll just collect and won't pay till you agree etc. Next time that happens I'm willing to relist but then they might leave a nasty feedback, hmmm???
Still learning about the postage costs. This time I was lucky and am only 40p out of pocket as 1 parcel was just a smidgen to thick to be a large letter.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
Hi all, well good weekend for me... Lovely Mothering Sunday taken out to lunch with in laws and didn't need to pay! Also bought lovely lillies (love fresh flowers and try to ignore environmental impact) and homemade cards which are beautiful and on display making me smile. In laws also bought me some foodie treats from recent trip to Europe and eggs from their local farm. Ooo and ex also paid for a bottle of wine which we shared with some cheese. In return for being spoiled I made desert at home - nigella's dark chocolate brownies
so SFD for me even though total luxury :j
Downside to weekend was that I didn't realise I was limited to listing 10 items on eBay - think maybe because I haven't sold anything on there other than a few bits a couple of years ago. I had 30 lots all clean, ironed, photographed and weighedso will have to wait until next month for rest. The upside is a few bits are being watched already so fingers crossed they bid. The iPhone app is brilliant though so easy to use and will definitely load up the other items in draft as its all ready to go and next month will be a breeze!
The other great news is mother in law paid me £20 for a gift I made for her to give when a baby was born so off the mark with new money too!
Well done to all - everyone is doing well. I will also comment about spongers in life - my older sister was always around when I was working full time and earning tons as a lone parent with dd1, when that changed when I had dd2 and a mortgage she vanished. I used to buy her days out and spoil her then when she found herself a single parent and student i would but her daughter coats and clothes from places like monsoon - as soon as that all stopped seems my company was no longer worth anything. It's a shame but I stopped making effort to call etc and although I make the effort to travel to see my niece a few times a year we will never be close. Makes me sad but couldn't afford it anymore and so I stopped. Some people are so selfish but since then me and my other sister have got so close and I am her kids favourite auntie cos I am always crafting and playing with them. I guess as we grow and time goes on we learn who are truly there for us.
Snow here so plenty free fun to be had! Let it snow!:DHappiness is wanting what you have...0 -

I was in the same boat two months ago. But I think once you have ten feedbacks I think you can apply for an increase in seller allowance (there is a button under the summary of listed and sold etc items). You just receive letter confirming your address.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250
