Angel I don't im afraid, it was on the Feb thread, I can't remember who exactly (I'm so sorry, mind like a fish!) but some amazing person here, who is still here, gave it. I think everyones got variations but mine is

    Peel potatoes.
    Slice potatoes.
    Peel onions.
    Slice onions.
Layer in a dish with grated cheese.
If I've got it stick a layer of left over roastie chicken.
I've also been known to add a few rashers of bacon in the middle.
Stick it in the oven for about 40 mins.

TADA! - Become a firm favorite in our house which is a hard accolade to come by! Someone more useful and kitchen better will come in a minute and give you the specifics :D

Mayfair ......bacon n pea pasta is always a winner here. Fry some bacon, add frozen peas and mint and cook peas through. Add tub of creme fresh and some grated cheese. And stir well. In mean time cook some dry pasta. When pasta is cooked sprinkle in some lemon juice then add mixtures together. Its a Jamie O recipe that the kids love and can be made in 10 mins. Ace with garlic bread.x

Sounding good Kat :D The potato cheese pie was Feb challengers euphoric breakthrough recipe suppled by Purplejay the resident cookery guru  we were all on it for a while its definately a quick, yummy, cheap tea, turning into a weekly occurrence in this house :D
SFD for me today :T . We have got an all expenses paid trip to Manchester with DD1 planned for this weekend. A hotel, breakfast and petrol paid trip (shes going on a kids tv prog) so the rest of the week is in preparation for that and i'm sure it will be a bit spendy but not too much. It will be a nice MSE treat for sure, i'm having my 6 monthly hair cut on Thurs in preperation- does anyone else always feel guilty and a bit wierd going in with 6 months of wilderness on their head? The hairdresser always looks shocked and must wonder how I go about in this state :o Just wish I had something nice to wear for the weekend but i'll dig the best i've got out and hope it will be fine. Not in fashion but clean and hopefully tidy is the best I can hope for. I'll be sure to avoid shops- its probably best as i'll be too tempted otherwise.

NSK please dont tell me off but i bought my dinner from the canteen today. :( I do have extenuating circumstances though! I had prepared a salad this morning and put it in a lunchbox only to open it at dinnertime to find everything had gone manky! I think the airtight seal had gone meaning all my salad was browning, shriveled and dried up :( so £2.33 spent. Boo!

That was my only expense for the day though so not too bad. Weds and Thurs will DEFINATELY be spend free :D Friday is a scheduled spend as attending a works do.

Did you put it in the fridge at work that helps. Oh and don't add any seasoning/oil/vinegar till just before you eat it that helps keep it crisp too. ;)

It didnt have any dressing on and it was fine when i did it Monday in a different box. The box i put it in today is pretty old so i'm blaming that ;). It'll teach me to do the washing up more often!
